During peak season June to September enjoy weekly rentals Friday to Friday. Any other time, you can enjoy a 3 night or minimum stay depending on the season. We're happy to work with you to make your vacation perfect!

This is one of only a few properties that do Friday-Friday stays during the summer months (June through August). We have found that it is much more convenient for the families to get the entire first weekend rather than spending time stuck in traffic and long lines for check-in. (Saturday afternoons are very hectic with traditional Saturday check-ins and service companies doing cleanings, repairs and pool work). Also great for families that have members or friends that only can make the weekend. They don't get cheated out of a full day!

The first (bottom) floor contains a sitting area to watch a movie or play the Wii station on the large flat screen smart TV or enjoy a game of Foosball. This floor also has 4 bedrooms; 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with TV, 2nd bedroom has a full bed with single trundle and TV, 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunkbed and a single bed, and the 4th bedroom has two single beds. There is a hallway that leads to the back yard where you can enjoy the private in-ground pool or sit at the cabana and enjoy your favorite beverage.

The second floor has a large kitchen and dining area that will accommodate everyone in your party. The nicely stocked kitchen is complete with 2 dishwashers that makes cleaning up a breeze after cooking with our new double oven! The custom dining room tables have plenty of chairs for the family and offers a great place to play a board game or a game of cards. There are three bedrooms on this level, all with flatscreen TV's; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and daybed w/trundle along with a jetted tub and separate shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. This floor also has deck access that overlooks the pool area as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. On the deck is a screened in porch with a large table and chairs that will allow you to have your family barbecues from the gas grill provided. The deck stairs lead right to the pool area.

The top level of the home contains the game area where you get to watch Blu-ray movies on the High-Definition Big Screen Smart TV while you relax on the large sectional couch. Also enjoy a game of pool or ping pong from this area as others watch you from the bar that seats four. The third-floor bedroom is a great place to have separation from the rest of the group as it sleeps 3 with a queen size and single beds. Can’t forget the third level deck where you get a spectacular view of the ocean, watch the dolphins and listen to the waves come crashing in as you privately layout on one of the multiple lounge chairs provided!
