The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bathroom, the guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with an adjoining full bathroom and the loft has 2 twin beds. To make you feel right at home there is also a spacious dining area, living room and washer/dryer.

New owners and recent updates! All new flooring throughout the villa as well as upgraded bathrooms. An upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with new plates, bowls, serving dishes, silverware and glasses. For those who prefer grilling, a gas grill is provided. Smart TVs accent the living room, all bedrooms and loft with upgraded cable and high speed internet. Listen to your favorite tunes with the addition of a Bose Bluetooth sound bar. You won't have to look far to charge your favorite smart device as USB ports have been added to the bedrooms. Relax on this private gated island with tropical vegetation and abundant wildlife. For an additional fee, you have access to 2 golf courses, club pool, dining, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball. For the avid golfer, Kiawah Island Resort is located next to Seabrook Island and guests also have access to 5 different resort golf courses on Kiawah Island. All of this along with biking, boating, fishing, kayaking, nature trails and incredible sunsets makes for a great getaway!!

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
