Hi, I’m Shell! I’m a health professional who’s always been passionate about helping others, which led me to start a mental health practice that specializes in supporting people after personal injuries. I love what I do and feel grateful to make a difference every day.

Outside of work, I’m usually on the pickleball court, playing a little bocce, or spending time with my amazing husband and our energetic 8-year-old daughter. We’re big fans of sunshine, good laughs, and finding joy in the simple moments. Looking forward to connecting!

I chose Lake Worth Beach because it felt like home the moment I arrived. It has this perfect blend of laid-back charm, creative energy, and a true sense of community that’s hard to find. What makes our property truly unique is its perfect blend of historic charm and playful, modern amenities. Our 1940s cottage has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its original character—think beautiful hardwood floors, vintage touches, and cozy nooks—while offering all the comfort and convenience you need for a relaxing stay.

But what really sets us apart is the outdoor space. We have a huge backyard that’s still a work in progress, but already full of potential. There's a private pickleball court for friendly games or a bit of fun in the sun, and a comfortable conversation area for lounging or sharing a meal. As we continue to expand the space, we envision even more areas for entertaining, relaxing, and making memories with family and friends.
