Welcome to my 1-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina, just a 12-minute walk from JBR Beach. Experience unparalleled comfort and convenience with complimentary access to a gym, pool, and kids' play area.



This apartment features modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedroom, making it perfect for couples, travelers, or groups of friends seeking a luxurious stay in a prime location. The main bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the living area offers a double sofa bed.



The open-plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV is ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Step out onto the balcony to savor your morning coffee while taking in the stunning city views.



Dubai Marina is renowned for its luxury lifestyle, upscale dining, and scenic waterfront. Explore top attractions, including the vibrant Marina Mall, just a 7-minute drive away, or hop on the tram to easily navigate the area and discover all that Dubai Marina and JBR have to offer.



Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I provide complimentary tea and coffee to get you started until you can visit the nearby Grandiose supermarket, just a 8-minute walk away.

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.

⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
