This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in glass shower.

This home has an additional half bathroom with a pedestal sink.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Pet-friendly, up to 2 pets. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per day t that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.

• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."

• Stairs required to access the bedrooms.
