The Sunset Walk complex has over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, an arcade, live music, a farmers market, and SO much more!

This is a brand new 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom house located inside the gated community of Margaritaville. This property is centrally located, just a few minutes away from the parks and restaurants 3 miles away from Disney. You will feel like you are on the tropical island of the Bahamas. Flat TVs with cable and high-speed internet.

Access to Margaritaville?s resort and its amenities is NOT included with this rental.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney  World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation.


Guests do NOT have access to the Owner's-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club." Most guests purchase season passes to the Margaritaville waterpark called "Island H2O" with the money they save from lower nightly rates.

Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can?t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.
