Stonegate is an historic rock home built by Albert Drake, sitting on 3+ acres and just 10 minutes from Main St Hendersonville, NC. Within 30 minutes of Brevard, Asheville, Biltmore, and a short drive from the most beautiful hiking trails in NC. The closest major airport (AVL) is only 22 minutes. Keeping original character, the home has been carefully renovated to offer modern amenities and finishes and sleeps 12 with 4 large spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths. Note, 1BR/1BA is a separate suite.

The space
Stonegate consists of main portion 3BR/3BA and attached suite 1BR/1BA. A cozy living room with gas logs welcomes guests as they enter the home. Just off the living rooms are the spacious dining room with epic dining room table to comfortably seat 12 and HUGE kitchen with gas stove, brand new appliances, fast hot water, and english style stone floor. Ground level are two large bedrooms with King sized beds and 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor "Eagles Nest" room has a Queen and 2 Twin XL beds and a full bath. The home is built into a hill so the lower floor contains a separate unit King sized bedroom and full bathroom. The entrance to this unit is adjacent to the deck stairs and adds a nice separated option for guests who may prefer a little privacy from the rest of the group.
The home sits on 3.15 acres accented by a small creek at the back of the property and some modest walking trails cut throughout the area.
The massive back porch has a table and seating for 6 and some additional lounge seating.

Other things to note
-Events / parties are not allowed - this includes weddings, house parties etc. The max occupancy of the home is 12 and may not be exceeded.
-All trash placed into cans must be bagged and tied or else trash company will not take trash.
-E Sunset Dr is a 1 lane road, when approaching another car, the neighborhood etiquette is for one of the cars to pull off into a driveway to allow the other to pass. Neighborhood residents will most likely pull off first.
