Venture Out charges a $125 registration/check-in fee upon arrival, which is subject to change. Parking is included for one vehicle per lot, with the possibility of purchasing an additional parking permit for a nightly fee based on availability. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and overnight occupancy is limited to six people who must be registered with both the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Up to two dogs are allowed per lot. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made with the Rental Manager. A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. A 4% credit card processing fee applies.

The primary guest must submit a copy of their driver's license and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager.
