- Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen and game room.
- Please turn off the BBQ properly and cover only once cooled.

- The land across the creek is private—please respect neighbors

- Guests are responsible for any damages (stains, breaks, misplacements, etc.) and any missing items or tech—we keep a full inventory, which is checked and documented before and after each stay.
- Security cameras are located in the driveway and facing the creek (no indoor cameras).
Tampering will result in immediate removal without refund. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to their presence.

- No parties, large gatherings, or unregistered guests - If you’d like to add or update any registered guests on your reservation, please let us know—we’re happy to help!
Visitors are welcome, but you will be held responsible for any damages caused by them, and the house rules apply to them as well. Any fines or damage fees caused by your visitors will be your responsibility.
- Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM - Let’s keep things peaceful and restful for all
- Pets are not allowed unless they are certified service animals, in which case an additional fee will apply. Please inform us in advance if this applies to your stay.
- No drug use, smoking, or vaping inside the home - Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated area. Please use the ashtray provided. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee
- No commercial photography or video shoots without express written permission. Just message us ahead of time if you have something in mind.
- Please do not move furniture or décor – It’s all been thoughtfully arranged, and shifting things may scratch or damage the floors.
- No RVs, ATVs, or commercial vehicles allowed onsite or parked on the property.
