This gated & beautiful park-like property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a cozy living room with 2 twin beds--rollaway type, and a bathroom with a shower. Thank you for your inquiry. I want to make sure you are comfortable with the arrangements. This has been our family home and I think you will love it. It is a peaceful setting on several acres and not too far from Silverwood up to the North. Our son lives on this large acreage property (as a tenant caretaker/handyman) in a detached shop with a separate driveway--please see hand-drawn site map in pictures. He is helpful to have onsite regarding maintenance and upkeep of the home and property. The home and property you will stay in is divided between North and South by a locked door, a thick wall (as if a duplex) and a fence; and while our son is a tenant who sleeps in the detached shop building rooms, he comes and uses the separated quarters bathroom and laundry on the divided South side of the home you will stay in (which is an entirely separate entrance and space from your private quarters). This bathroom and laundry area is on the South side of the home to which you will not have access and is a separate private area (like a duplex). Two portable window room a/c are installed during hot weather.

Nearest laundrymat is in Rathdrum hwy 53 Dashco/Conoco about 8 min. to West.

Kitchen was set up for home-brewing beer and entertaining. Has triple deep sink, no dishwasher. Two Samsung gas ovens w/ cooktops.
