Enjoy a relaxing stay in this renovated three-bedroom cottage located in a quiet rear section of Starfish Vacation Village. Take a dip in the association's outdoor swimming pool or head out to Wellfleet's freshwater ponds and ocean beaches, and Cape Cod Rail Trail (for biking and walking) without having to get onto Route 6.

Enter an open and airy main living area with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and ductless split unit air conditioner. There is a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a dining table and the living room beyond. The living room has comfortable seating and a 40" flat screen TV with Roku (stream content with your own accounts), Blu-ray/DVD and WiFi.

There are three bedrooms in the cottage, all with individually controlled ductless air conditioner units. Bedroom one has a queen bed. Bedroom two has two twin beds and bedroom three has two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a tub and shower.

A slider from the living room leads to the front deck with gas grill and table and chairs--a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal or a good book. At the back of the cottage, there is a new bi-level deck with two Adirondack chairs, large picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Amenities/comforts include: in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning in the main living area and bedrooms, hybrid foam mattresses, cable, WiFi, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, parking and association pool. Note: association pool is open seasonally.

Conveniently located, the cottage is a short drive to all Wellfleet has to offer including freshwater ponds, ocean and bay beaches, live entertainment, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and the town center and harbor for amazing restaurants, shops, galleries and the weekly farmers market. Only a 20-minute drive to Provincetown for more restaurants, shopping, whale watches, fishing charters and more fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
