Relax on our screened porch, by the fire pit, or under the cozy cabana out back. Delight in a secret—a hidden wine cellar awaits below! Plenty of free parking under the carport or on the street. Plus, with the water taxi service at the nearby dock, the best of Annapolis is just a call away.

The Space:
Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Bathroom: A full bathroom equipped with all the essentials for a refreshing start or end to your day.

Screened-In Porch: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine surrounded by the tranquil ambiance of our screened-in porch.

Full Kitchen: Unleash your culinary skills in our well-appointed kitchen, featuring a gas stove and all the necessary appliances and utensils.

Living Room: Relax in a comfortable living area with a Fire TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

Basement Lounge: Descend to our basement to find a spacious lounge area with a large couch, pull out couch that turns into a queen bed, another TV with Fire TV, and full laundry facilities. It's your cozy nook for relaxation or entertainment. NOTE: During extremely cold winter conditions, basement will be colder than the remainder of the house. Space heaters are available at the house. May not be suitable for young children.

Smart Home Features: Amazon Alexa devices are installed throughout the house, allowing you to easily play music or get assistance with just your voice.

NOTE: Home may not be suitable for young children to roam the residence freely. The house is not toddler/baby proofed. Please reach out if you have any specific questions regarding your young ones.

Getting Around:
Neighborhood is walkable and easily accessible via vehicle. There is parking under the carport out back or right out front.
