Whether you`re exploring mountain trails, visiting local wineries, enjoying nearby lakes, attending seasonal festivals, or simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air, you`ll find plenty of opportunities to create lasting memories in the North Georgia mountains. Guests visiting during the summer can also enjoy local events, including Blairsville`s Freedom & Fireworks: The 250 celebration commemorating America`s 250th anniversary.
For the security of our guests and property, all reservations require completion of a standard rental agreement and guest verification prior to check-in. Thank you for choosing Mount Crumpit. The Rental Agreement you signed contains the complete terms of your stay. The following highlights some of the most important rules and requirements for your convenience:
No Parties or Events Unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
Occupancy Limits Only registered guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors are permitted provided occupancy limits are not exceeded.
Food & Drinks Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms and loft area to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Loft Safety The loft is accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility limitations. Guests use the loft area at their own risk.
Energy Conservation Turn off lights, televisions, and other electronics when not in use or when leaving the property.
Secure the Property Please ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever leaving the home.
Exterior Security and Wifi We have installed security and safety monitoring on the exterior front of the property for safety of both guest and property. Guests caught tampering, obstructing, or disconnecting any of the property`s utilities including, but not limited to security camera as well as wifi, will be immediately evicted without refund whatsoever.
Pet Policy: A maximum of one (1) approved dog is permitted per reservation. The dog must weigh 25 lbs or less, and the Guest agrees to provide the Owner/Property Manager with current vaccination records. A non-refundable pet fee of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) shall apply to approved pet reservations. Guest shall provide all requested pet information, including breed, age, weight, and current vaccination records within 48 hours of booking through the reservation platform messaging system. Pets may never be left unattended on the property unless they are securely crated inside the home. At all times when a pet is present with the Guest outside the property interior, the pet must be kept on a secure leash. Guest agrees that pets shall remain under control at all times and shall not create excessive noise, nuisance, or disturbances inside or outside of the property.Pets are strictly prohibited from being on furniture, bedding, or upholstered surfaces at any time. Guest shall promptly clean up all pet waste and dispose of it in the designated pet waste receptacle provided at the Property. Guests are expected to utilize the designated pet relief area whenever possible and are responsible for ensuring that no pet waste is left anywhere on the Property outside of the exterior waste receptacle at any time.Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, stains, odors, scratching, chewing, landscaping damage, flea infestations, tick infestations, pest treatment costs, veterinary-related contamination cleanup, or any other costs, damages, remediation, or expenses resulting from the presence of a pet. Unauthorized pets constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of occupancy without refund. Guest shall be responsible for all damages, excessive cleaning, flea or tick remediation, pest treatment, property restoration, lost revenue, and any other costs or expenses resulting from the presence of an unauthorized pet.
Guests must disclose pets at the time of booking and provide current vaccination records upon request. Undisclosed pets are not permitted and may result in additional fees.
Dogs must be crated whenever left unattended in the home and remain leashed at all times while outdoors. Please use the designated pet relief area and immediately dispose of waste in the outdoor trash container.
Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional costs resulting from their pet`s stay.
Please wash pet food and water bowls before departure and return them to their storage location under the kitchen sink.
If you have not included your pet in your reservation, please contact us to make arrangements for documentation and payment.
