Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms. A sofa in the living room offers an additional sleeping space best suited for children. Each room is set up for restful nights with room-darkening shades, cotton linens, central air conditioning, and a mosquito net. A safe and closet storage make it easy to settle in. Families will find thoughtful extras throughout - a pack 'n play/travel crib, paid crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children's books and toys, board games, and babysitter recommendations are all available.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, toaster, and blender. Whether you prefer a slow breakfast inside at the dining table or cooking outdoors, the outdoor kitchen makes al fresco meals just as easy.



Outdoor living

Your private patio/balcony opens onto garden views, with outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area all ready for you. An outdoor shower is right there for rinsing off after the beach, and the fully fenced private backyard gives families and groups a generous stretch of open space to themselves.



Resort amenities & recreation

Resort access brings a full spread of shared facilities within easy reach. There's an outdoor pool, shared sauna, and a shared gym in the building with an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench. A movie theater, ping pong table, and pool table round out the options for when you want to stay on the property and unwind without going far.



Beach access & essentials

The condo sits right on the waterfront, with direct beach access included. Beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the water without stopping for anything.



Comfort & access

The unit is single level with no interior stairs, and the building has an elevator for easy movement throughout your stay. You'll have a private entrance, free washer and free dryer in unit, central air conditioning, wifi, and free parking garage on premises, with free street parking also available. Self check-in is set up, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day if you need assistance.



The neighborhood

Flamingos occupies a quiet stretch of the Riviera Nayarit coast, close to Nuevo Vallarta and within easy reach of Bucerías' low-key main strip. The area is known for its easygoing pace, tropical warmth, and consistent access to the shoreline - a practical, pleasant base whether your days are built around the beach or simply around doing very little at all.



Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _5_ people, being guest number _5_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
