Stay at our cozy condo located within a beachfront hotel building at the famous Puerto Vallarta’s Hotel Zone, fully equipped to cook, rest and enjoy being at an UNBEATABLE location, walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shops, and more!!

While hotel facilities are NOT accessible/included with your rental, you can buy ALL INCLUSIVE PASSES per day per person, to have access to Sunscape facilities plus UNLIMITED food, drinks, shows, pools, beach, etc.

B. 8AM-5PM = 75Uds

Public Beach access is just one block away, and we provide everything you need for a perfect beach day—chairs, umbrella, mat, towels, etc.

We do NOT have parking, but everything you may need is walking distance or a quick uber drive, so better to not be worries about fines and were to park

Liz was an amazing host. She was so attentive responsive helpful and kind. Communication was excellent. Condo was lovely and located in paradise. It was a home away from home and most enjoyable! Nice accommodations, convenient….near Costco and middle of hotel zone. Shopping and restaurants close and easily accessible.Outstanding communication with Liz!Excellent value!ONLY negative, and not the issue of the owner, parking is a bit of a pain.I would stay here again!!

Nothing much near by except high end stores restaurants did not open till 3 buying groceries had to take cabs everywhere. When we booked did not say to access beach and pool had to use sunscape facilities and pay 200US for 2 people. Advertised pool thought it was with condo and separate from sunscape pictures were miss leading. Left after one night and stayed last 2 nights. Beds need to be replaced sheets were paper thin. Host emailed week before about buying pass to sunscape thought we would not need to.

Good place for family vacation

Very clean and a good place if you want to do breakfast meals and go out for dinners. Nice views and good for teenagers.

Great views!

The owner was very prompt to respond to any of our questions. The location of the condo was perfect! We enjoyed the locals especially in the little fishing village of Yelapa the water taxi ride was worth it.

The ocean view and pool area was nice. A great place to slow down and relax. Good restaurants close to the condo and kitchen was equipped so we could make a breakfast before our outdoor ventures.

Host Liz and her Dad were excellent, condo was small but nice and cleaning was excellent. Sunscape had good aspects like pool and palapas but the all inclusive part had very noisy music and excessive rules for condo dwellers which detracted from our stay. Location was good.

Nice bright condo with a beautiful location on the beach in PV...

Nicely decorated 2 bedroom condo with beautiful views out to the pool area and beach from the South-West facing window and views of the new shopping center and cruise ships from the North balcony window. Liz the property manager was very helpful and a real sweetheart with all her suggestions on what to do in PV and where to go for dinner etc. Thank you Liz, you're great! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year.

Sunscape Condo

Initial checkin was great.Nice pool and beach. Customer service needs proactive training. Very noisy with multiple venues late into evening. Bar should have the ability to sell drinks. Property had lots of dishes left from previous days activities not picked up. Property needs upgrades. We booked for 8 days and left after 5 days. The property manager was very responsive to requests and needs.

Very Humid & Moldy

The house was clean. The check in was great. The beds are 2 queens not kings as in the description. The AC unit blew moldy air and was not that cold...really needs a service. The property looked fun but people did smoke on property so cigarette smoke was blowing in the window. We could not stay and had to move to a nearby hotel. Thee bell boy said the entire property has lots of mold so just be aware. Host was available & accommodating when we couldn't stay.

Tropical Casa

The condo was tropically decorated and was comfortable for two. My husband joined for our second week and it was a little tight but manageable. There is a little view from the small balcony and a window in the kitchen area. Overall the condo was clean. We enjoyed the beach and pool and found the restaurants outside the condo to be wonderful. The elevators repeatedly go out of service. It seemed that most of the time it was only one working. We became regulars at 4 Mares at Isla shopping area. We also liked the Food Park on the south east side of the street from the condo. It's only a quick Uber or taxi to town. Overall, we were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

One month holiday /2 bedroom

Clean but very basic. Tv in one bedroom ( not good for 2 adult friends traveling and AC only working in 1 bedroom. Ocean View is from a small window and balcony does not look out to ocean. We did not have Wi-Fi and stove did not work for 10 days. Finally front desk notified their manager to come to our room and check out the problem. ( could not notify owner as we did not have Wi-Fi) Staff very friendly Would not stay again Would rate as 2 star

Condo next to a beach!

Location is great, close to a beach and close to good restaurants and shops! After I made a reservation from 12/22-12/29 few months ahead, I wast told that something went wrong and I need to vacate the place on 12/28. I was reimbursed for 1 night but I had to look for a hotel for my last night, it was inconvenient. When we arrived the reception told us that reservation shows date 12/21-12/27 and condo is not clean, lucky for us he was wrong! Condo was clean and ready. All you need is there, small kitchen is a plus. TV is in the bedroom instead of LR and there is a dinner table in LR but no sofa. All and all we had a good time! I recommend location! 😊

Clean and comfortable!

The condo was clean and had plenty of supplies! Liz was very communicative. The instructions for accessing the condo were clear and easy to follow. The rainfall showerhead was delightful, and the hot water worked well. The beds were comfortable. I decided to take advantage of the "free parking" amenity, and rented a car. The property is located right off the main thoroughfare Blvd./Ave. Francisco Medina Ascensio in the Hotel Zone that took some work figuring out how to navigate, so if you're not a native Mexican already accustomed to driving on the busy divided thoroughfares and are planning on exploring the city, I recommend hiring taxis. We didn't even want to attempt crossing the blvd on foot. If your main objective is to just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine by the pool or on the beach, then absolutely add on all-inclusive privileges at the front desk. Some more details about the all-inclusive options included up front in the listing would have been helpful...even just a link to the property's webpage outlining the choices. But that's as close to having a "complaint" as I can get. Thanks for everything, Liz!

Beautiful site, close to restaurants and beach

A beautiful property shared with the all inclusive Sunscape resort. The apartment/condo had a small balcony for two people and one other window that saw the pool and beach. Great view and breeze when window/balcony open. Gorgeous kitchen table, reasonably comfortable beds, and large fridge. We cooked breakfast every morning on the 2 element stove. Weather was warm and sunny late April 2023. We did NOT do the all-inclusive but we’re able to enjoy the sun beds around the pool and on the beach. Just to be aware pool closes at 7 PM and beach towels are not allowed to be taken up to the condo so bring a cover-up. You are not allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks from the bar, so thermal travel mugs worked well for us to take our alcohol drinks to the pool side. Possible Improvements could be made… - Air conditioning in mostly one bedroom only. (Had fan in other room). - Funny smell in apartment windows left closed. - Dishes/cups could be updated as many plastic cups cracked. - better pillows would be nice and so would bigger shower towels (managed to wrap my hair only) - if you require a late check out, be sure to ask well in advance as baggage storage costs $25 per person at Sunscape resort since concierge of condo will not hold onto it for free

The condo is cute, has all the essentials, beds & pillows comfortable. The beds are queen size, not king. We always stay on the beach. This condo states it's a block away-it's 3 blocks away - you have to walk to the main street, pass the outside mall and back down to the beach-3 1/2 blocks away-15 min walk. The condo has great beach chairs & umbrella and a wagon to hall everything. However, after spending 6 hours at the beach it is exhausting haling everything back. Also, just to walk out every morning during sunset and have your coffee on the beach was a pain in the neck! To pay 75 for the all inclusive package is an option. But why? Just save yourself and get a room with a better balcony and view. The only view was

Condo was in good condition and with everything you need to relax but a little dirty. If you are not part of the all inclusive package be prepared to get treated differently. Especially if you are Hispanic.

Great place to stay!

Loved the location, our own little living space where we could make our own meals if we wanted. The kitchen has all the items you need. Loved that we could opt into all-inclusive for the day or night or both when we wanted to just relax by the pool, or the beach that’s just steps away. Security and cleanliness is fabulous.
