Welcome to this relaxing retreat in the heart of Hillcrest, San Diego. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will immediately fall in love with the stylish furnishings, helpful amenities, and very walkable location. You're just a hop, skip, or jump away from all that Hillcrest, and San Diego have to offer. Property highlights include brand new TVs w/ Netflix in each room, air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, a workstation, high-speed wifi, and more.

The Space:
This property sleeps up to 4 people. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the communal patio seating at the back of the property.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.
