This highly desirable location is a short 3-minute drive to town. Located in the heart of town you will find restaurants, shopping, entertainment, casinos & gondola at Heavenly. A ride up 2.4 miles in the Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola will leave you breathless as you take in the panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. On your way up, stop at the Observation Deck for a latte at Cafe Blue or to pick up unique Heavenly souvenirs.

Want to go as high as you can? Purchase a Summit Ticket at Adventure Peak to ride up Tamarack Express chair lift for the best view of Lake Tahoe in the summer.
The large roof top deck/balcony overlooks the peaceful, natural setting of Lake Tahoe with a filtered lake view. Just feet away is a king bed, high beamed ceilings, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Also to add ambiance to this wonderful master kind bedroom is an electric fire place with colored flames which also makes this a true romantic getaway as well.

On the main level you will find the large dining area with full seating, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances which is perfect for entertaining with our open island breakfast bar, and the large living room with a river rock gas fireplace, 50inch flat screen TV, and DVD player. We also have included many board games for your game night.

The lower level contains 2 bedrooms the first with a twin and full over full bunk bed with full shower/tub combo bath with flat screen TV. The second master bedroom has king bed with shower/tub combo and flat screen TV. Also located on this level is full laundry facility with washer and dryer and hanging space.

This townhome also has designated private parking and additional parking space for a second vehicle. The walkway to the private shared hot year-round, sauna, gas fire pit, ping pong table, picnic tables, tennis courts is just feet away. Cable TV and high-speed internet access (DSL and wireless) are included for your convenience and pleasure. Our Summer rates are below our nearest competitors. Max occupancy is 8 which includes infants and toddlers
Max permitted vehicles is 2 (two)
Guest will be issued 2 parking permits 1 per hoa and 1 per Douglas
County ordinance which both must be on display on the driver's side
dashboard of the vehicle ($500 fine could be imposed to owner of
vehicle if not displayed during the stay)
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bear bin 229 (do not
feed wildlife or leave any food in your car)
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be
strictly enforced via HOA/County
Our minimum age to rent is 30
No large gatherings shall exceed our max occupancy of 8 at anytime. If you booked our home for 4 total guests than that is total max number of guests permitted to be on premises at any given time. Please ensure your booked total is accurate as additional fees will apply.
Agreement is required to be signed and a copy of the signing
responsible guest that booking is under must also send back a copy
of their Drivers License per our County Ordinance 20.622
