The hot tub had too much chlorine in it. It burned our skin and bleached our clothing. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned all summer. there was a layer of dust on everything. And the ceiling fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The house had mice that came into the kitchen. And ate our food to the point where we had to throw it away. The shower door in the bathroom on the main floor does not lock shut.

Such a great place, covenantally located to everything Tahoe has to offer. Everything in the house was clean and nice. I have stayed at multiple places in Tahoe and this was one of the best. I will defiantly try and book this place again.Shawn

The house was in a good location for our trip (summertime trip and wanted to be close to Edgewood, NV). The house has some years on it. No A/C, and some windows would not open or did not have screens, so we used as many fans as we could in order to keep the house cool and relieve the stuffiness. The back deck, while nice, is very worn. The carpet on the deck is in terrible condition. Overall a good rental, but the house needs some work and anyone renting should know the limitations.

Lovely house for our family. Did not realize that downstairs was another whole suite with full kitchen. Great bonus. Hot tub was hot and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Master suite was a bit cold, but we managed.

This was a beautiful property in Lake Tahoe within a short walk to the California Lodge at Heavenly ski resort. The architecture of the property is very interesting with an A frame style main floor with large windows looking into the backyard forest containing countless large pine trees towering over the house. The backyard drops off with a hidden backyard driveway that leads to another private 2 car garage under the visible 2 car garage. This garage is for the owners use only. The house has a secondary separate master living area including bathroom, kitchen dining and living room in the lower level. The main floor has a beautiful kitchen, dining, living area and master bedroom. The upstairs has a small loft area and 2 bedrooms. Washer and dryer are located in the lower level. Overall the house was very enjoyable to stay in with plenty of beautiful furniture, glasses, plates and silverware. We used the spacious main garage to park the car daily and store all the ski and snowboard equipment. We made the one hour drive to Kirkwood Resort for the first 2 days then stayed in Heavenly for the last 2 days. Luckily we enjoyed the one last spring snow storm for the season which made our spring skiing vacation very enjoyable.An interesting sidenote is the trash management. The trash must be put inside cans in a locked metal bear bin to prevent the wildlife from accessing the trash. The recycle is only for cans and bottles and must be placed inside the garage containers.

Fun time in so lake Tahoe.

Location is wonderful. House is wonderful but in serious need of TLC. Very dirty and full of dirt and cobwebs on the outside. Hot tub was nice but had sand at the bottom and is not working properly. Was still nice tho. Too many light bulbs out to count. Towel racks and hooks falling off the wall. Ground floor toilet broke but easily fixable. Would not flush but temporarily fixed it while we were there. Railing needed walking up to the front door. Main floor deck railing is wobbly and unsafe. The house is awesome but in desperate need of some tlc. A/C cover in the stairway is not attached and fell on my foot and injured me. Fix that please. Towel racks and shelves are about to fall off the wall in the ground floor. Many windows are hard to open if you can open them at all. Needs maintenance. Ground floor coffee maker leaks and can not be used. There are 2 toasters on the main floor and the black one cans be tossed. It doesn’t work. Desperate need for a railing in the stairs leading up to the front door. It’s dangerous. Stains in the carpet leading downstairs. Blings broken throughout. Railing off the 2 upstairs bedrooms is very wobbly and dangerous. Needs to be secured. We loved our stay and would tent again but it’s sad that it’s so in disrepair. Could be so much better!! And not be an inconvenience to the renters. We shouldn’t have to be fixing toilets and not able to use towel racks and blinds. Such easy repairs. We are ‘do it yourselfers’ and could easily fix everything in a day. Hope this is helpful.

Beautiful vistas

This was just beautiful. We enjoyed the views, sunsets, and nature on all sides. The hot tub was fantastic and it was so quiet and convenient. Plenty of fans available if things got warm. Huge refrigerator. Just wonderful.

Great Place to Stay! Highly Recommend!

We travel to Lake Tahoe once or twice a year and this was the best place we have ever stayed! The location was great. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you need and the area was beautiful. The reservation and check-in process was also very easy. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic experience

Everything was great. No real concerns. Only 2 minor things to mention were that there were some ants on the kitchen counter. We sprayed but it may need to be looked at. Also, the AC box cover on the wall fell off during really high winds. We put it back up but you may want to add a hinge or something to hold it.

Making memories.

My family has rented the same cabin in Yosemite since I was a child. My immediate family which includes three sons two daughter-in-law‘s and five grandchildren, have been looking for a Tahoe home to rent every year as well. We have found it. The cabin is extremely clean, well-equipped and in the perfect location.

Primo Cabin

We loved this place! The location is excellent, the house is well stocked with everything you would need to cook family style meals and great amenities. The check in process was simple, the house is clean and everything worked. We would 100% stay here again if visiting Tahoe! Don’t sleep on this spot.

Amazing weekend away from the Bay

Had a wonderful stay here with my family. Hot tub, bbq, and full kitchen made our weekend escape from the Bay perfect. Just a short walk away is a great sledding hill in one direction and Heavenly resort in the other. Great biking and biking trails too (check out Power Lines trail!). Short drive to lake and grocery stores. I will note that there are four bedrooms (3 queen or bigger, 1 with a bunk bed) and the fifth is in the loft over looking the family room. Lots of blankets and towels, with a fireplace that makes the house toasty warm! Will stay again!

Saddle road

Loved our stay here! Beautiful house and very spacious. The hot tub was amazing and the house had everything we needed although we could’ve used a few extra towels. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome house with plenty of space and privacy.

Walking distance to Heavenly, large and secluded we’ll appointed home. I am a professional chef and found boundless pots and pans to cook meals each night. Host has taken care to make certain you have everything you could reasonable need. Lots of towels, trash bags, toilet paper etc is supplied. Spacious 2 car garage, hot tub , grill with gas, and gas fireplace. 2 full kitchens each with their own coffee maker and ice maker. Great home for groups. Host was responsive to our request for early check in and check out which we Greatly appreciate coming from the East Coast with out Red eye flight. Again a great stay in every way. Will stay again when we return to Tahoe.
