The Garage Lounge (Your Game-Day MVP): The heated, enclosed garage has a glass door with a direct sightline to Lambeau Field. Inside: sectional sofa, 75" wall-mounted TV, Packers décor, and party seating for 12+. Set up the snack table, fire up the TV, and the party begins before you've walked across the street to the game.



Main Living Room: Comfortable gray sectional, 2 accent chairs and a 65" smart TV on a media console—perfect for the pregame show, a halftime discussion, or a post-game movie.



Lounge: Two sofas, a brick fireplace with a cozy woven ottoman, and a 65" smart TV with streaming. Light the fire and let the evening wind down.



Kitchen: Fully stocked for a crowd. Electric range, stainless refrigerator, double sink, and a dedicated coffee bar with Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, and a K-cup carousel. Eat-in dining nook seats 4; formal dining room seats 6 more under gold pendant lighting.

Self-check-in via keypad—your door code arrives before check-in. Full exclusive access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, main living room, basement lounge, formal dining room, full kitchen, heated garage lounge, and the private fenced backyard.



PARKING

Two free off-street driveway spaces included with every stay. The enclosed garage is set up as the entertainment lounge and is not used for vehicle parking. Additional vehicles welcome for a small extra fee (up to 5 total).



HOUSE RULES

Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Maximum 12 guests—do not exceed. No smoking inside the home or garage; backyard only. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM per local ordinance. Signed rental agreement and ID verification required via the Wildwood Escapes guest portal (simple secure website, no app). A $1,500 security hold (pending authorization, not a charge) or optional $49 damage waiver is required before arrival. One doorbell camera at the front door records motion.
