Guest Access:
You will have exclusive, private access to your Sosuite apartment.
As a Sosuite guest, you will have direct street access to Walnut Street. It's important to note that there are steps in the entrance hallway. During your stay, you will also have convenient access to the elevator and the rear building entry designated for trash disposal.
Interaction with the guests:
If you have any questions or concerns throughout your stay, we're happy to help you. We are available in real-time from 9am to 1am 7-days a week. Don't hesitate to send us a message, a text or to give us a call.
Other things to note:
- The elevator is available to use 24/7
- Please note that there are 4 small steps leading to the building's lobby.
- Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee
- Pets are welcome for a $25/night cleaning fee (capped at $250/month plus taxes)
- A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservation are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed.
- Our proximity to the lively Walnut St Beer Garden means vibrant local vibes, sometime until midnight everyday. Love the energy? Great! If you favor a complete quiet setting all the time, please consider this prior to booking
