There are 4 spots for parking available in the driveway. Also, there is plenty of free street parking all around the home. Parking will never be an issue.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is centrally located 15 to 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see, SeaWorld, the zoo, beaches. We we had a lot of children on the trip and the big downstairs gave them a place to spread out and play. The host was super attentive and accommodated our needs.

Rented for our fantasy football draft. Worked out great for us, loved the space for so many people to do our draft plus all the games are a nice bonus. Suited our needs very well!

Great VRBO! We really enjoyed the layout and rooms. You were able to put people upstairs that needed a little privacy while those that wanted to stay involved in activities could stay on the bottom floor. Really nice inclusion of large connect 4, mini foozball, and basketball game. Parking was AMAZING - allowing you to park 4 vehicles easily in the driveway, and maybe 5 if you were ok with blocking in a few vehicles. Host was amazingly responsive - any messages sent were responded within 15 minutes (if not sooner). Highly recommend this location if you have a large party that wants to enjoy Old Town, downtown San Diego, or the Miramar Air Show if in at the end of September.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has a large open / multi-function space on the main floor that serves as the family room, dining room and game room. The main floor has two bedrooms and two bathroom, one of the bedrooms on this floor has a queen bed and a bunk bed, which our not-quite four year old grand nephew immediately claimed to be his bed.The upper level has three bedrooms, one of them is the master suite. The master bedroom is nice and spacious, the master bath is also spacious, newly renovated and stylish.The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, egg-steamer, coffee and coffee maker, mugs and glasses, air fryer, a food blender (we didn’t use it), cutting boards, cutting knives (but the knives are a bit hard to use, not sharp enough). Also available is a wide range of spices and cooking oils, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Above the washing machines are many extra towels in the cabinet. Ironing board and iron in the master closet. A baby’s highchair is provided in the dining room which we used everyday.The backyard is casual and delightful, our toddler and baby spent a lot of time there, exploring. The driveway is wide and relatively long, plenty of space for parking.The neighborhood is dense but neat and quiet.Above all these, is the excellent communications with the host.Overall, we had a good time in this house. Highly recommend it!

I chose this neighborhood because it’s a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Also, our house has a stunning view of the sunset from the top-floor bedroom window it’s one of my favorite features of the home.

Our home is incredibly spacious we’ve hosted families with up to 20 guests, and it’s designed to make sure everyone has room to relax and feel at home.

The house itself is beautiful, with thoughtful touches throughout to make it fun and memorable especially for kids. We’ve included games and activities to keep them entertained, and our backyard is a favorite spot for many, featuring a grill, open space, and a peaceful setting for family gatherings.

Our goal is to create a place where families can come together, unwind, and enjoy all the best of San Diego. From the stunning sunset view from the top-floor bedroom to the quiet charm of the neighborhood, we’re proud to offer a space that’s both welcoming and special.
