Hey John, thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear the home overall suited your needs, but I do want to sincerely apologize for the issues you ran into during your stay. The concerns you mentioned with the TV, AC, cleanliness, and especially the odor in the freezer are definitely not up to our standards, and I take that seriously. I’ve already addressed these with my team so we can make sure everything is properly handled and doesn’t happen again moving forward. The note about the drawer item is also concerning and has been taken care of. I truly appreciate you pointing these things out as it helps me improve the experience for future guests. I take a lot of pride in my hosting and I’m always working to do better. Wishing you and your family all the best, and thank you again for staying with us.

Hi Kimberly, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are truly grateful for your kind words and are so happy to hear that you and your family had such a great stay. It means a lot to know the layout of the home worked well for your group and that the little ones especially enjoyed the bunk bed and the backyard. Hearing that the kitchen, amenities, extra towels, and family friendly touches like the high chair made your stay more comfortable really makes our day. We are also very appreciative of your kind mention of our communication. We always want our guests to feel supported and well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you again for staying with us and for the strong recommendation. You and your family are welcome back anytime.

Thank you so much, Maria, for your kind words about our property. I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your family, and I hope to welcome you back again in the future!
