Thanks for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. I’m sorry the stay had so many friction points — that’s not the experience we want. We’ve already flagged the bedroom with only a curtain and will evaluate adding a proper door or better partition for privacy and noise reduction. I’m sorry the pool wasn’t ready after the storm and we’ll tighten our turnaround for pool maintenance. We’ll also replace missing outlet cover, we install tinted the top window in the master to block early-morning sun. Glad the air conditioning and location worked well for your group — and thanks for noting how the place could be improved.
