We enjoyed the peaceful patio by the pool listening to the ducks and geese, the sounds of the water and the beautiful view! We grilled and found the kitchen well stocked. The house is clean and has lots of room - it was perfect for our group of all ages. The week was wonderful and we’ll remember it fondly. Check in was simple and communication with manager was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great house

Spacious 4 bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. The back patio and pool overlooking the golf course are fantastic.

Scenic Getaway

This was a great place to stay! We spent almost our entire stay in the backyard enjoying the patio, scenery/nature/golfers, outdoor TV, and pool. It was a very relaxing spot with plenty of dining options within a 10 minute drive. 25 minute drive from the airport. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the Phoenix area.

Fun family get away

The property was just as advertised & in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our view of the golf course & large porch with lots of seating. Jon was very helpful in answering any questions we had & is a fabulous host. We look forward to staying here again at some point! Highly recommend!!

Great Stay

Beautiful view of the golf course and water. Enjoyed the pool and also the pool table. We were in the area for a concert at the Gila River Wild Horse Pass casino and this rental was very convenient to that location. Spent one day in Sedona which was less than 2.5 hours away. The lay out of the property was perfect for our needs and the dog enjoyed it as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Moving daughter to Phoenix

Family Vacation to Arizona

We really enjoyed this property! We used it as our base of operations traveling all over the state seeing the sights. We had relatives in Chandler. They visited and were impressed with the house and the neighborhood. Celebrated our grandson’s 6th birthday while we were there. We will be back!!!

Wonderful Place to Stay in Ocotillo

We really enjoyed staying at your home in Ocotillo. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool table on the lower level was an added benefit. We had a very restful enjoyable week with our adult children whom we do not get to see often enough. It was also nice to be back in Arizona where we lived for 23 years. Thank you very much for hospitality, easy check in and communication. The next time we come to Arizona we plan to stay at your home again if available.

Amazing stay

The property was clean, convenient distance to multiple locations . The manager was very communicative. We had issue getting hot water and it was fixed in timely manner by the manager. Pool is awesome and the lakeside location can’t be matched. There was TV every room so that different people can watch different things if need be . Overall a lot of fun.

Wedding Stay

The Island at Ocotillo was the ideal place for our family to stay in preparation for our daughter's wedding. It had ample space for everyone to sleep and play, had more than enough space for us to have the extended family together for dinner the day after the wedding, and between the rec room and the pool it plenty of amenities to keep the kids engaged. In addition, it was a five minute commute to the venue for our daughters wedding.

The house really is nice. The view of the little lake is pleasant and peaceful. We really enjoyed the pool. He paid to have it heated and it was worth it. We enjoyed the pool table too. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and equipment you would expect and there were plenty of regular towels and beach towels. We had a couple of issues (broken can opener and the tvs weren’t working at first) but the owner was very responsive. My only beef is the wify. It was spotty and unreliable the whole trip. We told the owner and hopefully they will have that figured out for the next guest.

Great for a family of all ages!

We loved our stay. There’s plenty of space for everyone. TVs throughout to accommodate different ages and groups. The kids loved the downstairs game room area. Kitchen and family room were perfect for our meals together. Pool was perfect… not huge but big enough. This is a split floor plan which was fine for us but may be difficult for people with disabilities as there is no bathroom or bedroom on the entry level. Property manager was very responsive to questions via text.

Beautiful spacious home!

Nice home and we especially loved the basement with the big screen tv and pool table! My 3 young adult sons enjoyed their "man cave"! We were in Arizona visiting family and this house was perfect for BBQ's and entertaining. Unfortunately we visited when it was 119 degrees and their AC worked for us but the previous visitors said it was too hot. I think they lowered the temperature after their visit because it was fine for us.

Island at Ocotillo

We come to the Chandler area every year for a hockey tournament. We started out staying at local resorts but eventually started using VRBO for convenience and cost. This has to be the best rental home we’ve visited in the last 5 years! It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.The owners have really put a lot of thought into the home and our stay was so comfortable. We loved sitting in the back patio and watching the morning golfers. My sons ages 18 and 20 loved the pool, pool table and were thrilled with the number of televisions in the house. And the added bonus of being able to bring our small dog along was really appreciated. We would love to stay here again!

Clean home but hot house

Owners keep thermostat locked at 71. We had a few days in upper 80s low 90s so was very warm in house which made for a bad night sleep.

Hi Lora, yes the thermostats are locked at 71 to keep the units from being over worked and frozen causing expensive repairs. It may have been that the unit was not in AC mode and may have been in heater mode as we are just finishing our winter months. We would have been happy to assist in this situation if you would have let us know. We are sorry to hear you had a few warm nights of sleep.
