Preventive service is part of our routine maintenance to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all guests. As mentioned in your review, pet food was left out. In warm climates, exposed food can naturally attract ants, even in properly maintained homes. While we always aim to prevent any occurrence, we understand how frustrating this situation must have felt, especially when traveling with a pet. Once notified, we responded without hesitation. We requested a video to properly assess the issue and dispatched a staff member within the hour. The affected area was treated immediately to resolve the situation and prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort.
