Welcome to 2 Coyote Lane — your Sunriver vacation escape where comfort meets adventure.

Step into this cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath getaway and feel instantly at home. Warm wood accents and vaulted ceilings draw your eyes upward, while a wood-burning fireplace flickers in the heart of the living room, casting a golden glow over plush seating. The dining table, big enough for six, sits ready for lingering meals, with three more seats at the breakfast bar for casual chats with the chef. The kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need, makes cooking a shared event, not a chore.

Just beyond, the primary suite offers a queen bed, TV, and an adjacent bathroom, with a walk-in shower, separating this sleeping area from the rest of the house.

Downstairs, the charm continues. A Queen room and a bedroom with two twin beds share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Step outside onto the deck, where a gas BBQ sizzles and a private hot tub awaits. Three adult cruiser bikes wait for you to explore Sunriver’s trails.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This home welcomes dogs, with a maximum of 2 per household. No other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
