Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that these issues impacted your stay. We’d like to provide some context on the concerns you experienced. The front door lock does have a slight delay after the code is entered. Once the lock finishes unlocking, the door will open normally, but we understand how that could be confusing if you’re unfamiliar with the system. Our smart thermostat can also be a little tricky to operate. Since your stay, we’ve created a QR code with simple step-by-step instructions to make it much easier for future guests to adjust the temperature to their comfort. The plumbing issue was unfortunately caused by a failure in the main sewer line between the house and the city connection. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We’ve since replaced the entire main line from the house all the way to the alley, so the plumbing system is now completely new up to the city’s connection. We’re confident this will prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these unexpected problems caused. We appreciate your feedback, as it helped us identify and permanently resolve these issues.
