You'll find a spacious living room adorned with tasteful decor, providing ample seating for the whole family to unwind. The open floor concept leads to a large gourmet kitchen. Gather around the dining table, comfortably seating 12, or the charming breakfast nook and bar, each accommodating 4. The kids' room boasts playful decor with 2 bunk beds and a roll away accommodating 5 in this room. For extra guests, the pink sofa converts to a bed.

Upstairs:
Experience three tastefully designed rooms, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed for a comfortable night's rest. The master bedroom boasts a private balcony, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night. With two additional bathrooms, getting ready for the day is a breeze. Backyard:
Step into our backyard paradise! You'll be enchanted by the beautiful and tasteful new pool, which also features a soothing spa for ultimate relaxation. Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including our beautiful back yard oasis. Additionally, we provide a 6-person golf cart, offering a convenient and fun way to explore the nearby attractions. Come and make the most of your stay at The Flamingo House, where comfort, relaxation, and adventure await you!

Additional Information:
- Pet Policy: While we adore pets, we kindly request they don't join this trip. A $500 fee will be charged if pets are found on the premises.

- Parties: Our home is a serene space, so we ask for no parties during your stay.

- No Smoking Indoors: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, smoking indoors results in a $1,500 fee.

- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book and to operate the golf cart. A signed waiver and copy of a valid driver license is required by all who intend to operate the golf cart.

- We're more than happy to consider early check-ins and late check-outs, depending on availability and your needs. Just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule!

- Please be aware there is no fence around the pool. We want to stress that we cannot be held liable for any harm or unfortunate incidents occurring on our premises. To ensure everyone's safety, children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
