Other Things to Note:
Laundry – Coin-operated washer and dryer are located on-site. You’ll need quarters, and detergent is not provided. For additional laundry needs, we recommend nearby washeteria services within a 5-minute drive.

Trash Pickup – Mondays. Please use your assigned black bin (HAZ 3 = Bin #3). Improper disposal may result in extra cleaning fees.

Parking – Each apartment has one assigned spot (HAZ 3 = Spot #3). Do not use other units’ spaces. Street parking is available, but please avoid blocking driveways.

Pets Policy
• All pets must be approved by the host. An additional fee applies.
• Unauthorized pets will incur $500 extra fee.

Mid-Stay Cleanings – Required weekly for extended stays (7+ nights). Fee applies.

Starter Supplies Provided:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1–2 rolls of paper towels
• 1 towel per guest
• 3 trash bags
• Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap)
• Basic cleaning & dish soap
• Salt & pepper

Please restock any supplies you need for longer stays.

House Rules Enforcement – We take our guest standards seriously to maintain quality for all. Any smoking indoors, unapproved guests, excessive mess, or disturbance may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Security & ID Verification – For your safety, we require a valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement via the platform prior to check-in.

Disclosures
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, lost items, or disruptions due to local construction or utility issues.
• Security cameras are placed in exterior areas for guest safety.

We normally request an additional deposit of $100 per stay. This amount is refundable within 48hours after checkout, once our cleaners confirm there's no damage. Please report any damage with photos on the day of arrival.
