This is fully furnished 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo in a gated security community and a nice neighbor hood.

Tidelands, a casual, coastal community with gated security in Palm Coast, Florida ,which has a mile of Intracoastal Waterway frontage, a Club house with gym ,game and entertainment rooms, private hosting room with kitchen ready to use , 2 pools, one is heated pool,kids playing ground, Tennis and basketball Courts, canopy walk are all around the community with Intercostal Waterway, open lawns, large oak trees,approximately 11-acres of lakes and canals. The community also offers breathtaking views of the water and the parade of yachts and boats. A fishing deck goes right into the intercostal waterway……

There is a 18-hole Golf court 2 miles away. St. Augustine with Castillo de San Marcos , and Ripley’s Red Train Tours lures visitors of all ages and distances to discover its history and cobblestone streets filled with stories; The Princess Place Preserve, another historic site in Palm Coast, this land grant from the King of Spain in 1791; International Speedway & Dog Race in Daytona give you another exciting events; all these are in the distance of 15 to 40 minutes driving.

Of course foods and shopping are also importance to you, there are European village, Publix, Banks, Gas stations, Walmart, Pet stores, Restaurants are all nearby. 2 Brand name outlets within 30 minutes drive, St. Auguste and Daytona…

Amazing Stay

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was very large and beautifully furnished with all necessities. It was clean and well taken care of. The pool area was very nice, clean and relaxing. Our host was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in the Palm Coast area. My family and I will be repeat renters! Thanks so much,

Nice overall

The condo looked like the photos in the ad, and it was very clean overall, the unit is just a little dated (mainly the carpet). It could use a few touch ups, but it was very nice overall. I would stay again. Thank you.

Tidelands

Peaceful, Beautiful & great location. Felt safe being in a gated community. Enjoyed it thoroughly! Three suggestions for the unit.... a small patio table with chairs would be much enjoyed and used, a reading pole light in the corner of the living room and perhaps a coffee table or side table to set beverages on. Even a handled tray on the ottoman would work as a table (what I did). We slept great and the beds were comfortable. Highlight is the sunshine!

Our first HomeAway experience was a huge success.

We did not stay in the unit pictured here, due to double booking. However we ended up with a beautiful replacement. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. The people in Tidelands community were very friendly and informative about things to do in the area. The location was perfect for us. Looking forward to a longer stay next year.

Clean and beautiful!

Condo was spacious, clean and really nice. The only things that posed a challenge was finding it once we were allowed to enter the gated community and that the gym was pretty far from the room. Otherwise, it is a great property and was a wonderful experience!

This is a very well maintained and gated community, Not only because it close to all, but also a very clean and nice neighborhood – very quiet, peaceful, relaxing! Inside the community, you will find out Resort Amenities, such as 2 pools, club house, tenses court, BBQ hut, fishing deck, bike track, lakes, party palace on the Matanzas River, a mile long frontage Intracoastal waterway and canopy walk with breathtaking views, boats parading, Dolphin playing, fish jumping and Sunny blue sky with ocean breezes,... to make your mind, body and soul one piece and brand NEW!
If you do not want to do any activities, just sitting on This Top Floor balcony - All amazing views of lakes, pools, Matanzas River, Hammock Bridge, and beautiful houses are all under your knees...
