Inside, you’ll find three comfy bedrooms, a sunny living room with a Smart TV (log into your favorite streaming apps and pretend you’re "just watching one more episode"), and a kitchen that’s fully equipped for everything from pancake breakfasts to late-night snacks. The bathroom is clean, simple, and charmingly retro—just enough to feel cozy, not dated.



Need to get a little work done or just want to post scenic selfies to make your friends jealous? No problem—high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected (but not too connected, because hey, you’re in the mountains).



Outside, enjoy 1.3 private acres with plenty of space to roam, nap, or let the kids burn off marshmallow energy. Fire up the backyard barbecue grill, dine under the trees, and unwind with a cold drink as the sun sets behind the Blue Ridge. You’ll feel worlds away from the bustle, but in reality, you’re just a short drive from downtown Roanoke with its buzzing food scene, breweries, coffee shops, and weekend farmers markets. Need groceries, gas, or emergency snacks? You're less than 10 minutes from all the essentials.



Outdoor lovers will be spoiled for choice with hiking, biking, and scenic overlooks all within easy reach. Head north for culture and cocktails, or south for waterfalls and winding trails—the neighborhood gives you easy access to both adventure and convenience.
