Spring Break 2025

Property was perfect! We enjoyed our stay! If we had any questions the desk answered them! I even lost my anniversary band in the MBR, we were about 30 away and they called and had found it! It was very clean! Views are amazing! Definitely would recommend and stay in this condo again!!

Summer trip

We love this condo! The location is perfect, it has all the amenities and is fully stocked with everything you need! The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, furniture is nice, there is plenty of space, and it's always clean. We have stayed in 1204 twice and plan to return! Highly recommend!

Home away from home

We really loved and enjoyed our stay. The thing I liked the most would be that everything was comfy! The beds were great and so was all the living room furniture. It was very clean and it looked like the pictures online which I appreciate because sometimes pictures can be deceiving. I anlso loved that the Phoenix itself has four elevators available at all times which keeps waiting down! Overall a great place for a getaway with your spouse, friends or family!

Spring Break 2021

This is the perfect vacation rental. We enjoyed everything about this property. The unit is well equipped. The extra stand alone ice maker was fantastic. The kitchen had every accessory needed and then some. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I can't say enough good things about this place. Would definitely be back next year.

Very nice overall. A few things could be improved such as attention to detail pertaining to the room. No hand towels provided, shower door off track and stuck, kitchen faucet handle about to fall off, broken soap dish in master bath and garbage disposal sounded like it was about to explode.

Orange Beach trip June 2022

Overall this condo is really nice and decorated tastefully. Has a great balcony view of the beach from the 12th floor. Has a great big screen TV with Satellite service. Parking was always available and loading carts were plentiful though there are times when elevator service is slow because of the June vacationers. A downside for the elderly (like us) would be a rather long walk to the beach although a walkway is provided. Beach chair rental is pricey, but you can bring your own. All in all this unit is well worth the price compared to others and we would rent again if available. Good location in Orange Beach. Water condition was a nice temperature and had a good week with no seaweed or June Bloom this week.

This is it! Pictures don't do it justice.

This location and condo was terrific. The photos of this place do not do it justice. Views are fantastic. The master bedroom and guest room (with two double beds) are separate from each other so parents/kids have privacy. What sets this place apart though, is the kitchen. The upgraded kitchen was amazing with every type of utensil you would ever need including everything to make a low country boil. The description should include the extra built in ice maker in the kitchen. Best thing for margaritas or taking coolers to the beach!! In the living room, the owners have upgraded the TV to a 60 inch flat screen with Dish so you don't miss any sporting event. Since this unit is on the 12th floor, you don't hear very much from the pool area. Some folks we met at the pool said their lower floor unit was noisy. Something to consider for your stay. We were a family of 5 and there was a nice mix of people who stayed here - except NO college kids. Perfect for what we were looking for. Our kids were entertained by the indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, racquetball court and tennis courts when the beach was too windy. Also, the main lobby had board games, books and magazines to borrow if you wanted. My only small change would be to upgrade the pull out sofa as the mattress was a little tired. Its really the only reason I didn't give it a five star rating. The kids won't care, but if an adult had to sleep in the living room it may not be comfortable. The management here takes very good care of the grounds and common areas. The place was very clean inside and outside. We usually rent homes when we come (the last 5 years), but this was a fantastic option for a change of pace. Rent this place and get recharged!!!
