Getaway to our beautiful 2 bedroom | 2 bath Beachfront Condo. Located on the 8th floor, this condo sleeps 6 and is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Just imagine yourself on the balcony every morning while sipping your coffee. Or, you can enjoy the fantastic view right from the Kitchen and Living Areas with large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. There is also a private parking space in the Covered Parking Area with easy access to the elevators, so you never have to search for a parking space and you won't get rained on. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo, so you don't have to bring your whole wardrobe! Our condo is truly a place where you can get away from it all. The Water Park/Splash Pad includes: Palm tree with 3 dumping bananas, pirate sloop, ship bow with jets and cannon, beached boat slide, and more!

Orange Beach, AL is a family-friendly beachfront town. This condo is conveniently located on the beach (no roads to cross over to get to the beach). Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gift shops, marinas, bars and convenience stores. Some local activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
