Hi Timothy, we really wish you had brought your concerns up with us while you were here. Maintenance would have been dispatched and your kids could have been enjoying TV all week! Hi Sommer, We are right across the street and would have loved to have you tell US about the beds. But, now that we and the world know, we have contacted the owners for permission to purchase a new King and Queen, (the bunks are only a couple of years old). So next time you come, you will have comfortable beds:) Have a great year and hope to see you again!

Hi Chad & Melissa and thanks for the nice review! We are so happy that you enjoyed yourselves. Those glass doors are 8 foot and heavy, but we will put a work order in and have maintenance check them to see if the rollers need replacing, etc. Hope to see you again next summer! Dena Bullard

There are enough parking spaces for 2 units per condo, if building is fully occupied. Sorry, it's per the HOA. We enjoyed having you stay and hope to see you again. Hugs to Carter!

Hi Jennifer, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry you didn't report the closet & cabinet door to us. Had you, our maintenance man would have come over to fix them. Whenever you rent and the Host is a company, let them know about these things so they can rectify them for you. All the best! Dena & Debbie

Nicole, we are very sorry you didn't find the condo to your liking and we are more sorry you didn't let us know you had issues with the cleaning, we would have had housekeeping there stat to reclean for you. There are cards in each condo with the # to the cleaning company to contact them with issues or comments.

We are sorry we are just now learning that you weren't happy. It's typical to find water bugs OUTSIDE at the beach, which is what you saw and where you saw them. Have you never found a spider in YOUR home? A true picture of the view of condo, taken by a 5'2" photographer was viewed by you before you booked, so you knew the view. The condo was cleaned and inspected by an independent inspector prior to your check in and at check in you were told very pleasantly if you had any needs or concerns to please call us. Had you had cleaning concerns and called us, we would have gladly and quickly taken care of them. Had you reported the blinds were not functioning correctly, we would have sent maintenance over. We work very hard and strive to make your vacation as nice as possible, so in the future, please let whomever you rent from know you have "issues", instead of staying mum and then writing a detrimental review.

Upon your informing me of the carpet, I called the owners. They left the next day, drove 15 hours to come & pick out new flooring. Laminate being installed this Monday, 3//6/23. We are having the screen doors removed, as they no longer make them in that size & with the ocean breeze, very few flying bugs to worry about. Furniture is also scheduled for cleaning.
