Updated condo on the beach in Windy Hill

Our recently remodeled first floor two bedroom, two bathroon unit is located in the very quiet family friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Located at 4303 South Ocean Boulevard it is oceanfront and just steps to the beach from the front door.

Windy Hill beach is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing with plenty of shopping and lots of restaruants. It is just a short drive to most Myrtle Beach attractions and their many golf courses.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed with sliding glass doors to the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The master bath was remodeded with ceramic tile. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room replaced in 2016. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. The second bath is located in the hall next to the second bedroom.

Linens are not provided but are available from the cleaning service at $25.00 per bedroom, if these are rented they will include linens for the sleeper sofa at no charge.

The Living Room has sliding doors to the balcony which also overlooks the ocean and is furnished with heavy duty table and chairs for outdoor relaxing and/or entertaining. The living room gives you a great view of the ocean while giving you all the comforts of home with a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equiped with all new corel dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and all the neccessities for preparing meals. Appliances are all new including a built in microwave, toaster, coffee pot, can opener ect. The dining area has a table that seats four and there is a breakfast bar with 2 seats.

There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The building has an oceanfront pool, large sundeck, picnic tables and grilling area.

This unit provides you with all the neccessities to make your ocean vacation as comfortable as being in your own home.

The view was just as advertised. It was very relaxing and peaceful sitting on the balcony watching the waves wash ashore. There are so many eateries and shopping spots within a mile to 5 miles area. the location was fantastic. I would definitely visit the area again.The condo was great. Everything was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had.

We love this place so much!

This is our second time staying, and it already feels like a home away from home. Weā€™ve been coming to Myrtle Beach and the nearby area for many years, and this has quickly become our favorite spot. The condo itself is bright and clean, the overall property is well kept, and the location is ideal. The host is gracious and flexibleā€”we feel lucky to have landed here!

A great getaway close to amenities and a quiet area

We had a fantastic time and regularly started and ended our days using the pool followed by the beach. We were never further than 25min to any major attraction and we spent a lot of time <5min from the unit doing outings with the kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. We are frequent users of Vrbo and this is whyā€¦ It looked exactly as it was advertised. Was very clean, no issues that the manager didnā€™t address immediately. Would definitely return and recommend the property.

Nice Beachfront Condo

Everything was nice, was very clean, and none of the typical bugs of Myrtle. Had a slight issue with keys as host mails them and they got returned since the postal worker put them in the wrong box. Worked it out as she was going to be in the area the day of check-in so I just got them once we got there. Love the location as I've stayed in the Windy Hill area ever since I was a kid. Very laid back outside of the summer season and plenty of things to do.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is lovely and clean and in a great location, close to everything. The owner was wonderful and easy to keep in touch with.Excellent view of the ocean. We enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely return.

Absolutely perfect!

Weā€™ve been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for many years, and this is by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The condo is immaculately clean, convenient to everything in the NMB area, and situated right on a quiet stretch of beach. Very nice property and friendly host. Our only disappointment was having to leave! We look forward to coming back soon.

Spent a week at the condo for our 10 year anniversary. Very clean and comfortable. Great beach feel with the style of furniture and decor. Loved it being on the 1st floor but still had an amazing ocean view. Easy access to the beach and easy parking. Very short drive to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely book this condo again.

Wow, very nice!

We were very pleased with the rental. Other reviews said it had everything, and it did. Even had extension cords, but we didn't find until we were double checking for our stuff when packing up to go home. They were in the bottom drawer in the twin bed nightstand. The ocean view could be seen sitting on the sofa, and also laying on the master bedroom bed. We didn't use the pool, but the beach was just a few steps away. The path is very dry, sink your feet in sand, so we didn't bother with the cart we brought. The beach was very pleasant, and with mostly smaller rentals very close, it wasn't very crowded. We went the first week of June, so that may have something to do with it. Restaurants and entertainment very close by.

Amazing property, amazing host

This property was absolutely beautiful, the pictures before we arrived did not do the place justice. It was very clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It was nice to sit out o. the balcony for lunch or unwind before going to bed. The host is so organized and amazing and was in contact with me even when I was slow to respond which I really appreciate!! I only wish we had been able to stay longer.

My husband and I purchased this property as our second home or home away from home. We love the North Myrtle Beach area and attractions especially the beach and golf as well as the wonderful weather. We had so many requests for renting our unit that we decided to market it.

What I love most about this condo is the space available as well as the easy access to the beach, pool, sundeck. You will love the views especially at daybreak and sunset. The unit and especially the kitchen are fully furnished with every thing you need for this to be your home away from home!
