Stunning Seaview Villa On The Coast Of Tuscany

This lovely private villa in the hills of Versillia has been our holiday home for many years. It enjoys spectacular views of the Tuscan coast and the jetset town of Forte dei Marmi. Shopping, beaches, playgrounds and restaurants all within 15 min drive away. Day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre and Florence. The house is situated on the Pelgrim route 'La Via Francigena' with nice walking and cycling itineraries.

First thing you'll notice about our summer house is its spectacular 180° view extending from the harbor of Pisa to the marble mountains of Carrara. The house is tastefully decorated combining antiques, local materials and modern technology. Because of its unique position at a stone's-throw distance from the sea, the mountains, the golf course and the jetset town of Forte dei Marmi, this holiday destination offers something for everyone. In the evening you'll enjoy dining out on the veranda overlooking the bay or visiting one of the many fine restaurants in the vicinity of the house. The house is perfectly suitable for families with kids. Our kids just love venturing out into the garden which is situated on different levels surrounding the house. With its exotic plants and typical Mediterranean flora there is plenty to explore!

The main house comfortably accommodates 6 guests. A separate apartment that accommodates 4 additional guests is available for larger groups at an additional fee. This fee is automatically calculated when booking for more than 6 guests. The two units will not be rented separately, so you will always have the entire property to yourselves.

The first floor of the main house offers a large living room (with a dining space) bordered with terraces and balconies (total balcony surface is 250 m2), a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (WC), a beautiful veranda (35 m2 ideal for outdoor dining) and an outdoor kitchen. The house is surrounded by a 200 m2 flat green garden with sea views. The sleeping area on the second floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: the large master bed room has a king size bed and a private suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms (1 with king size bed and 1 with twin beds) share a bathroom on the hallway. All rooms have beautiful wooden floors and a private balcony with sea view.

The house has a private gated entrance (automatic) and a 200 m drive-way planted with cypress trees which runs up to the parking area in front of the property. Baby/toddler and kids equipment are available, including baby bed, baby chair, stroller and toys for ages up to 6 years. Only in July and August a foldable pre fab swimming pool (size 4*2 mt) will be available for the guests.

Whether you like sunbathing, walking, shopping or visiting the beautiful cities of Tuscany, the coast of Versillia is the perfect starting point. The beaches are 6 km away by car, the golf course (visible from home) is at a 7 km distance and Forte dei Marmi with its restaurants, trendy clubs and shopping is 15 minutes by car. For beach lovers we can assist in the reservation of sunbeds (per day or week) at one of the well-known beach clubs lining the coast. You can also easily make day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca or visit the nearby villages Pietrasanta, Carrara and Sarzana. Finally a boat trip and walk in the Cinque Terre is among our favourites as well.

The house is a 45 minutes’ drive from Pisa airport and 90 minutes from Florence airport. Car rental services are available at both airports. Nearby train stations are Forte dei Marmi and Massa stations, however you will need a car to get around.
