For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

The resort was really nice

The unit 3122, had several flaws. The floors were dirty, my children would get out of the shower and before going to bed we would have to wash the bottoms of their feet. The toaster only had one side that works, the stove light is out, the water filters on the refrigerator and ice maker signals replacement. The baseboards are very dirty

Not Great

We stayed in a different unit in April and had a great experience. I can’t say the same for this time. The unit was not cleaned properly. As soon as we walked in, we took our shoes off and within minutes everyone’s feet were nasty. The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Sheets and pillow cases were put on the beds and pillows inside out. Not all TVs worked and some remotes didn’t even have batteries. The garbage disposal did not work and created a horrible odor. The front desk was notified, but no one ever came. The cooking pans were left dirty with egg and grease residue. Had to put dishes away before leaving which we did not have to do last time. We do love Phoenix on the Bay and hope that we have a better experience next time.

Wholeheartedly disappointed

I must say I have stayed at this property before and had an excellent experience but this time has made me change my mind about staying at the property again. The condo we stayed in was very outdated with outdated furniture that was not shown on the picture from the website. I called management to complain and was told there was nothing that could be done. Plumbing in the master bathroom was not sufficient with the toilet. The blinds would not open and close in the living room nor bedroom which led to no privacy in the condo. The cabinets in the kitchen were broken. And the there was a chair in the living room that was broke and could not be sat in. To spend as much required at this property was a loss on my end with this experience.

Not as expected

Only two of the four TVs work. The ice machine stopped working halfway through the trip. There was a water leak in the bathroom- water continuously dripping from the ceiling. Maintenance was sent up and they said they fixed it— nope! Every time you sat on the toilet, you were dripped on the whole time like a form of gross water torture. The unit needs to be updated or else lowered in price. Big ripoff.

Great stay at the Bay

There’s a lot to think about when you’re picking the property that’s right for you. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with your family this is what you are looking for. Very easy access to the room with ample parking garage space. It’s right off a main road 12 minutes from everything you could want to do, yet not congested. Awesome pool area with a very cool lazy River. Work out room was open and looked nice. Friendly staff. You are off of the beach when staying here. Not a lot of party people but really fun parents to hang with while the kids go crazy. The balconies are very large and setup to allow all rooms to have a great view. Neighbors are a bit close but like I said before, nice parents with kids. The dock was closed due to hurricane sally, but I don’t have a boat to park there so it didn’t bother us. Wish I could have fished from a dock on the property but didn’t bother me that I wasn’t able. We spent most of our time on the beach, seeing all the different landmarks, playing on go carts up the road, hanging at the wharf shopping and watching the awesome night show. We did a bunch of running around to all restaurants (you’ve gotta eat at tacky jacks when you come to orange beach). There’s several grocery stores within 10 minutes from the unit. Great location for the family that doesn’t want to spring break it with the party crowd, but close enough you can if you want to.

When we checked in the unit was horrible. Filthy-mgmt moved us and did the best they could but

We had to move again. Then someone vandalized the lazy river and it was out of use. That's why we book here.

Friendly front desk associates!

Upon arrival we were immediately told there'd be a delay due to a shortage of housekeeping workers. They knocked off 15% cleaning charge just for cleaning. We finally got to our room about 4:30. While waiting we asked about parking an additional car and were told they were totally booked and we could park the extra car 3 miles down the road on their grass lot for no charge. During that entire week, there were at least and at any given time 12 to 15 empty spaces on our floor alone, day and night. We had to worry and go check on the car parked in their field several times. If you have a larger unit with 3 families coming from different areas you would think an additional car (which we were willing to pay extra on top of the ridiculous fee already charged) would be allowed. Once in the room there were several cosmetic issues we had to bring to the attention of the front desk so we would not be charged. The laundry room door was leaning against the wall and all the slat were just hanging (they asked us to put it in the hallway), several holes in the walls, mold in master bath shower, and we ended up sweeping and mopping floors that were turning the bottom of our feet a dirty color. So I guess we basically worked for that 15% they deducted. Master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all. In another bedroom there was a big chunk of the footboard cut out and foam was showing. Unit seemed to be very out dated. There were missing vertical blinds in living area and master bedroom which we asked for someone to come replace, don't know if that was done because when we left they were still missing. The kitchen wasn't as equipped as other places we've stayed. On the positive side, loved the lazy river, pool area and beautiful views. It is a shame though there are guest that let their children run ramped and unsupervised, which makes relaxation difficult. The cost for four nights at first seemed reasonable, but after we stayed there it seemed a bit pricey for what we had to deal with. Not sure I would recommend this complex especially to couples wanting to relax. For future trips I will read the fine print better to make sure about parking rules and accommodations. Also, pictures of these units can be deceptive.
