This is an amazing property. Very clean and well maintained. It is very family friendly. The property is on a large plot of land in a very quiet area. While we weren't out checking out the many attractions the area has to offer, the game room kept us entertained. All the pictures of this place and the description given on the app are 100% accurate. If you book it, you won't be disappointed. We would definitely book this place again.

What an amazing stay! Will definitely be back with the family and dog next time. Great attention detail (coffee syrup selection, pillows galore, makeup towels, and even dog fitted towels!), quite peaceful surroundings, awesome game room... I could go on! Short drive to the PA Grand Canyon and the view of the stars was beautiful! 10/10

Fantastic property, we had an amazing stay. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. The atmosphere inside was so cozy and quant but was very up to date with very fast wifi and lots of light fixtures, outlets, and USB plugs. During our stay it was a little chilly, so we didn't get to utilize all of the outdoor seating areas but they were very nice, clean and with plenty of chairs. The hot tub was great, easy to use and to get the cover on and off of and was very relaxing on the chilly mornings. Amenities were fantastic, with a stocked coffee/tea bar and cooking utensils. A beautiful property all around, inside and out and the best stay we've had at a rental type place.

An Absolute Dream Retreat in the Heart of Nature!From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a warm, rustic design that feels both inviting and luxurious. The open-concept kitchen is a showstopper. Spacious enough for multiple family members to prepare dinner together while talking with other family members at the bar or in the family room. The variety of coffee syrups is the type of touch that makes it feel luxurious while the placement and smart design of the kitchen makes it feel like you’ve been cooking here for years. The bedrooms are spacious and the king size beds allowed comfortable sleep for all even if another person was in the bed. The reading nook was perfectly sized and the book selection had something for everyone. In a pinch a child could sleep in the reading nook and find it to be a fun fort. Walking a dog-reactive dog on the property was a dream. The privacy (no fear of running into another dog) and quiet walks with our dog created a peaceful connection with nature and wildlife viewing included deer, squirrels, birds and tiny snakes on Gross Hollow Road. If your dog happens to get messy (ours did), the house was equipped with a doggie shower that made cleanup a breeze. I need to quickly mention the game room and hot tub. The star viewing from the hot tub was perfect. The game room allowed each family member to shine: from ping pong to PAC-Man, corn-hole to shuffleboard we all had a great time. The kids are already asking, “When can we go back?”

We put a great deal of thought into creating a space where families and groups can gather easily—whether that’s cooking together in the open kitchen, relaxing in the family room, enjoying a quiet moment in the reading nook, or spreading out in the bedrooms for a great night’s sleep. We’re especially glad the coffee bar, coffee syrups, and kitchen layout added to the experience. Those little touches are exactly what we hope make a stay feel special. We also loved hearing that your dog enjoyed the property as much as your family did. One of the things guests appreciate most about our cabin near Cherry Springs State Park is the privacy, peaceful setting, and room to enjoy nature at your own pace. We know how important that can be when traveling with dogs, and we’re so glad the dog wash station made cleanup easy after outdoor adventures. Your comments about the hot tub, game room, and stargazing really made our day. There’s something special about soaking under Potter County’s dark skies after a day of family time, and we’re thrilled the game room gave everyone—from kids to adults—something fun to enjoy together.
