Amazing property. The house is clean, spacious. The kids loved the bunk beds. The beach is absolutely phenomenal!! It goes on for miles and is beautiful. This being just a 60 second walk from the house truly made the trip for our group. The kids played for hours in the sand and the water. And some of us ran the beach in the mornings which was a fabulous way to start the day. Wonderful to have a hose to wash off the sand with just outside the house as well. I rarely come back to a place I’ve already been, but I’m already wondering when I can get back here. None of us wanted to leave!

It's an amazing space and the view of the lake is super. The house itself is very well appointed and comfortable for our six adults and two grandchildren (one human and one dog). There are a few minor things that need fixing, but don't really impact the stay, but highly suggest that curtains or blinds be added to the bedroom windows that don't currently have them. The support staff were excellent and communications were nearly immediate. We would positively return on our next family visit.

Lake Michigan was beautiful, even in the winter! The kitchen was well stocked and rooms were all very clean.

Heather, we are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Lake House Oasis.  Nothing beats staying right on Lake Michigan, having access to 8 kayaks and allowing your dog to come with you on vacation!  Day trips will take you to Mackinac Bridge, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore or Tahquamenon Falls State Park.

Great beach home

We loved the location and privacy. We were 4 women, a child, and infant. We felt safe staying here. They had activities to do for all ages at the beach and rainy day fun games for in the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting.

The property was beautiful and the setting was perfect. The home is lovely and having its own private beach was awesome. Would definitely recommend!!

Weekend getaway

Was a perfect halfway point for our two families to meet up for the weekend. The home fit us very well. And the beach and Lake was amazing. The sunrises and sunsets we beautiful!

Amazing view!

Beautiful

Lovely home in the best location ever! Setting in woods, steps from Lake Michigan . Able to see sunrise as well as sunset. I came in fall, but I would think beautiful in any season.

Family Getaway

The house was very well appointed. It had everything our family needed to celebrate the holidays together. The views are stunning and the house is well cared for. Some cleaning to remedy cobwebs that come with living near the water are needed but did not interfere with our time there at all.

Beautiful lake views

The house and property were perfect for our family vacation over the 4th. There was plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for both our cookout and the dinner we cooked one night. The views of the lake from the upstairs bedrooms and the porch were absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay again when we come to the UP!

Fall Family Vacation

The house was very nice and everything was as represented in the listing. It was conveniently located for visiting many of the beautiful sites in the central and eastern Upper Peninsula. We enjoyed dinner at Tap 21 and breakfast at the Cedar Street Cafe which are both located nearby in Manistique. The rental agents were very friendly and responsive for any needs before, during and after our rental. I highly recommend this house to enjoy what the beautiful upper peninsula has to offer.

UP Lakefront property

Beautiful house with beautiful lakeside beach. Main floor bathroom sink sprays a lot, and toilet sprays a bit when you flush. Otherwise it was a great vacation home

vacation in the UP on Lake Michigan

Our family had a beautiful week on Lake Michigan in Manistique. By far the best beach we have had through our years of renting. A spacious, clean house with all the amenities. The best was a washer and dryer that could be used by the vacationers. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. A very nice grocery story in Manistique that you can purchase everything you might need in the way of food for your stay. They have a wonderful deli at Jacks as well! The property was very nice. Our dogs and granddaughter enjoyed swimming and beach walking daily!
