This welcoming and inviting home is clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. You will feel like as if you were in a home away from home. We have a full kitchen with all of the amenities needed to make your own meals. The home also has quite a few games , many books, and a whole lot of kid friendly movies. Full size pool table in living provide entertainment for the evening and raining days.

This beautiful spacious beachfront house, with 4 br/3ba, built on pedestrian beach and right on water. Master bedroom facing beach and bedroom behind kitchen has king and full size futon, other two bedrooms facing street have queen plus twin/twin bunk beds, total sleep 16 -20 on bed include 4 cots( stocked inside closet) for extra sleeping capacity. After hurricane most pedestrian beach was washed out, we are one of the very few survived front row houses still kept our own private house front beach which allow our guest be able to enjoy to the pedestrian beach right in front of the house, just sit back and watch kids play on the beach while you enjoy the spectacular ocean view. No traffic allowed at our private beach and makes it kids safe. This spacious beachfront house has short walking distance to the cross section of hwy332 and blue water hwy, where you can find the restaurant, convenient store, shops, etc.

Your day will start with having a fresh cup of coffee on the front deck, watching sunrise. During the day you will enjoy beach all day long swimming, picking shell, and building up sand castle. By the end of the day, you can lay back with a drink and enjoy the ocean breeze, listing to the waves and watching sun goes down over the ocean. In the evening some chose to have a walk & talk on the beach while others chose to have fun with board games or curl up on couches watch a movie to relax.

Since the beginning of 2022, we have done a lots of improvements to this property: New wood floors installed for entire house, new sofa sets in living room added. Build staircase from lower deck dirty to beach, outdoor shower deck and walk way to lower deck which provide more convenience for our house guest to shower and back to house without get feet sandy again. At beginning of the year, new beddings (comforters and sheets) were added, all pillows were replaced. During Pandemic, we also added new vacuum cleaner, carpet shampoo machine, floor sweeper/bucket set, so house guests can keep floor cleaned during their stay. We also have futon and sofa cover pads applied to all furnitures and have them washed after each rental. New cookware sets and 6 qt slow cooker were added to kitchen before summer. Small furnitures such beach chairs, lounge chairs, lawn chair are also added to deck.
We will continue to keep up our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests.

Every bedroom is furnished with pillows, pillow shams, bed covers, sheets, blankets, and comforters. Bathroom towels, hand towels are provided. We do not charge laundry service fee so we will count on guest wash them at your departure to leave clean linens for next guest. Of course, we can provide laundry service for $100 laundry service fee upon request.

Beach toys are stocked inside storage room down stair. Full size pool table is at living room for extra entertainment.

Outdoor shower unit with hot/cold water is downstairs next to storage room.

Charcoal bbq grill is on lower deck, 2 picnic table and 4 leather sofa on upper and lower deck provide comfortable seating for outdoor dinging.

10 lounge chairs on lower deck and 8 Adirondack chairs plus patio chairs on upper deck provide comfortable relaxing & seating to enjoy ocean breeze.

The house is furnished with Direct TV over 200 channels available plus local program, and DVR up to 100 hours so you can record your favorite TV show while you have fun on the beach!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront rental. The location couldn’t be more ideal—you step right out onto the sand and can enjoy sunrise views without leaving the porch. It's a true beachfront experience in every sense of the word.The house itself was spacious and well laid out, easily accommodating our group with room to spare. Every bedroom was thoughtfully appointed, and common areas were large enough for everyone to relax, dine, or play games comfortably. Whether we were inside or out, there was always a place to gather and unwind.One of the standout features was the outdoor space. The large deck facing the ocean was our favorite spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and evening stargazing. There was also a shaded area underneath the house with seating, beach toys, and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day on the beach. The setup made it easy to spend most of our time outdoors, enjoying the ocean breeze.
