Only 120 yards from the water, Sea Turtle is located in the Bay to Breakers Community in Fort Morgan. This home has beautiful views from every window and balcony. As you walk up the entry stairs, you will enter at the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room level. This level has a deck that wraps half of the house so you have beautiful views of the gulf from several vantage points. There is a patio table that seats six on the deck off the living room. The bathroom on this level has a tiled walk in shower off the laundry room. On the second level there is the master bedroom with a king bed and a fold out twin bed. The master bath has a tiled walk in shower and double sinks. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with tub and shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private shower with a tub and shower combo. This level has a huge deck on the east side of the house that offers you gulf and bay views as well as a view of the turtle pond! The third floor is a large loft area with a queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds and a trundle that makes into two twins or a king if put together. There is a bathroom on the third floor with a tub and shower combo. There are also two roll-away beds for your extra guest that wants to tag along to the beach. The views from this floor are breathtaking. You can practically see the end of the island from this floor. Sea Turtle also has great bay access with a wonderful fishing pier. If you’re not into fishing, this would be the perfect romantic sunset watching spot.
