The home has 3250 Sq. Ft. with three levels which provide plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The large, open floor plan allows everyone to eat, play, and relax together comfortably. The first floor of this beautiful home features a kitchen a large counter and a dining and living room with seating for everyone in your family. Also on this floor are a Queen bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and 2 full baths. As you go up the stairs you will find another Queen room that shares a bathroom with the bunk room across the hall. Further down the hall you will find two more bedrooms, each with a King sized bed, their own bathroom, and a beautiful Gulf view. The second floor also houses a full sized washer and dryer. The third floor features a King suite with a full private bath, a sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf. This home has access to the subdivision pool.

This home is pet friendly; SMALL dogs only. Limit two dogs. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash outside of the condo.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
