5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway!My family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The private pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the lake views added a peaceful touch to our mornings and evenings. The game room was a huge hit—especially with my grandson, who couldn’t get enough of Ms. Pac-man, air hockey, and the pool.The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly responsive with quick and helpful communication throughout our stay. Heavenly Haven 🍁

We wanted a quick getaway with our daughter and husband. The house was perfect and had so many hidden touches that were so nice for our little grandson. From the infant bathtub to the well stocked kitchen it made for a perfect stay! The view was beautiful every morning and was enjoyable from the comfy living room couch with snuggly blankets. Every detail had been well thought of with guest comfort in mind. Thank you for sharing your home! Highly recommend. Love the little area for kids with toys! We will have to come back when our grandson is old enough to enjoy it.

Great experience

Everything was at least as good as advertised. Loved the property, especially the pool and hot tub. The home has everything you could possibly need. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This property was beautiful! The view is amazing! Plenty of room for everyone. We had our family and my sisters for a total of 9 people. There were multiple different areas for everyone to hang out. The kids jumped in the pool and hot tub withing minutes of arriving. The hot tub was nice after long days of hiking. They thought of everything that you could possibly need for inside and outside. We loved playing ping pong and poker. I played pac man every night and now need a pac man machine! We hung out on the top deck and cooked out one night. It is a long drive in (the road is just curvy go slow) There are plenty of places close by on your way in and out to stop and grab supplies plus Door dash delivers here so that was great! We did some senior pictures here that turned out great! We had to change our booking and the hosts were happy to accommodate They texted me so I had there number for emergencies which came in super handy when we locked ourselves out of the house. They had us in withing minutes. Highly recommend. The one thing that would make this place better would be if the little office space off the king room was at least a half bath. We would highly recommend this place for your family. I almost forgot... There was a power outage during our stay but we never knew.. We visited Cummins Falls highly recommend take water shoes, Cumberland caves a great way to spend a rainy day. Then Falls Creek Falls Riding stables is must do the horses are great.

4.5 stars, could easily be a 5. Positives: Great views, big pool, house very clean, smelled great, very well stocked for things you may have forgotten to pack, hot tub worked, plenty of games for entertaining.Negatives (for our party): Stink bugs were very bad. We did not bring this to the attention of owners because we didn’t want contractors showing up while on vacation. Really needs to have a complete overhaul/upgrading of the screened porch system on lower level, and probably should have one added on upper level as well. Quick research after the fact, says this is very common in this part of Tennessee in the Spring and Fall. Could be negatives for other potential renters, but wasn’t for us: House is only 2,444 sqft, listing says sleeps 12, which it probably can, but would be tight. 1 main bedroom is upstairs, the other 3 are downstairs, if you have young children you might have to sleep downstairs for safety because pool access is on lower level. Only 2 FULL bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. House would really benefit from converting the downstairs office area to a 3rd Full bath. 2 full baths with a party of 12 could get dicey. Hottub only seats 5 (maybe 6 if all small children) an 8-10 seater would be much more relaxing. Pool is not heated (we knew this going in), add a heater and might bring in more renters/ longer use of pool.Overall a great property, with a few changes/upgrades it could be excellent! Might come back if the price was right!!

Started off good ….

I was concerned going into this property w this host for we talked beforehand and being a new home for her so I cleaned continuously in my 3 day stay. Host contacted me on my drive home that the cleaning crew found a broken clip in the frig and wanted an explanation. Informed we weren’t aware when we cleaned it out but the doors had been very firm to operate but thought it was just the fancy refrigerator. She continued to text and call for many days then an invoice for the 25 dollar broken part that needs another 150 dollar part and a 309 invoice. After watching videos on these doors they can need balanced and lead to damage. I explained that to the host and offered to split the invoice cost w her. Her reply was that I did not report the frig doors were tight so it’s my responsibility and sent me a copy of the contract and kept my 300 deposit. So any enjoyment I did receive out of a very very expensive 3 day stay was ended quickly before I got 2 hours into the long drive home. I told her that she has to live with her decisions. I would never be so petty to complain about a tight door or all the weeds I pulled around her property, the freezer that melted our ice cream etc. I have gratitude for being away from home. Ya better video everything when ya go in.
