This 3 bedroom, newly renovated house is a GEM!!! Located only 90 yards from beautiful PRIVATE Manomet Beach in a quiet neighborhood. In 2023, we added on a large 10 foot front deck (PERFECT for relaxing after a day on the beach!) & we vinyl sided the entire house. We also upgraded our furniture and renovated the inside. Only a short drive to Cape Cod & 15 minutes to historical Plymouth Rock. No need to fight the crazy Cape Cod traffic- wake up to beautiful sunrises and relax on the beach without ever getting in your car! Whether you're interested in dining out, visiting local museums, walking Cape Cod Canal or just lounging on the beach then THIS is the place for you. The large private back porch is great for grilling and unwinding after a great day at the beach.

This rental offers plenty of amenities!!
Large Flat Screen tv in living room & large flatscreen tv in bathroom (above the tub!), HD Cable, WiFi, DVD Player, 2 Weber Grills, Central AC, Big Porch, Yard, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher & outdoor shower makes this rental house ideal for a vacation!

Offseason rental is also available--email to inquire about rates for Fall/Winter 2025

Comfortably sleeps 6. There may be added fees for 6+ people in the house. There is a queen size bed, 2 twin beds & bunk beds.
Pets may be allowed, but must get owner's approval first, and a pet fee will be added to the cost of the stay.
Manomet Beach is private, so dogs are welcome to romp around or swim in the ocean!

July 3rd is Manomet’s big Fourth of July celebration. Fireworks on the beach are some of the best private fireworks that go on for over an hour! They surely will not disappoint!!!

We are adhering to cleaning protocols supplied to us through the CDC. We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our renters and their guests. If you have any questions please reach out.

**Due to circumstances beyond our control, the jets in the tub in the bathroom do not work-- However, the bathtub is still a great place to unwind & watch tv after a long day at the beach!**

**There are steep stairs that lead onto the beach which are 90 yards from the rental house. If you did not want to do the stairs, there is another entrance that is a 2 minute walk that leads right onto the beach.**

Lovely spot with

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway. The house was clean upon arrival and well-appointed with all the stuff we needed. My 6 year old daughter couldn't get enough of the beach! We had a short but fantastic getaway. Lauren was a great host and we appreciated the warm welcome. Note to others: there is a long staircase to access the beach and would be a problem for guests with mobility issues.

Lovely getaway

My husband, pup and I had a lovely stay at Lauren and Jon’s beach home. It’s in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to a private, dog friendly beach. The house is immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for the pup and the backyard was nice and private. We were lucky enough to meet Lauren as we were leaving. She is a lovely, caring lady who takes great pride in the house and making sure her guests are comfortable and happy. She left us a welcome basket including a Congratulations card and balloon on my retirement. So thoughtful and appreciated. We hope to go back and stay another time.

Great family getaway!

Lauren and her husband were wonderful. Very responsive and take pride in their property. One of the cleanest homes we've ever rented! Beach is nice and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Family had a great time :).

Very disappointing. House has a bad musty/moldy smell. I've rented beach houses for 20 years never had one smell this bad. Prob permeants from very old cellar. Btw, u have to exit house and enter bulkhead to do laundry. Front gate and stairs in disrepair...difficult to lift up gate to shut it while carrying groceries. Inconveniences include: only 1 closet in 1 bedroom in whole house, 3rd bedroom has no door and an open window which opens up to kitchen...no privacy. 4 earwigs found in twin bedroom 1 in bed, blender is a small bullet, only 2 mugs usable other 2 cracked, 2 slots only work in 4 slice toaster, exposed outlet in kitchen, tub may b huge but shower is too small about 3x3, 5 minute walk to beach was long with chairs, etc...stairs treacherous. We were fortunate enough to b able to enter property early and place was very clean and nicely decorated.

Week of Family fun at the Beach

We vacationed with our 5 y/o daughter and two dogs. Manomet Beach is absolutely beautiful & dog friendly:) Lauren, the owner could not have been more lovely or accommodating! She made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great location!

Great location - new deck at the front of the house is perfect location for coffee in the AM and drinks at sunset. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors very friendly! We had a great time.

Great Little Cottage

We had a great time at the cottage and was just what we were looking for. We (4 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog) were in town to see family and it was a perfect location. The beach was fantastic and a short walk from the house. The amenities were great (washer and dryer, specifically) and helped make the trip a great vacation. We'll be back when needed and would recommend for anyone looking to stay at a straightforward beach cottage.

First family vacation in Massachusetts

The pictures were remarkably accurate and represented the property very well. We recognized it immediately from the red and blue chairs and yellow door! The inside was small but very nicely laid out and did not feel cramped. The two bedrooms as you come into the house where as expected and very comfortable. My younger one loved the beach bungalow! It was the perfect size for him. The family room was quite sizeable and very comfortable. The kitchen was petite but it had everything we needed.

Great Cottage, Great Beach Experience

Exactly as advertised, you walk in to a cool, welcoming, and spotless home. This is our first time renting this home, so we brought a lot of our own things that we never needed. The house is full of nice touches, including a wonderful welcome basket. We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here, the owners are wonderful. Great stay, would do it again.

Cozy, comfortable and quiet. Couple of minutes walk to the beach. We loved it!

The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Spacious family room was nice and the huge bath tub with TV was an added bonus. Large front and rear decks plus the outdoor shower was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and the fenced in yard kept our pup safe. The walk to the beach is 2-3 minutes and the stairs leading down allows for beautiful coastal views. My family of five enjoyed our week and we will be back. Lauren was a great and very attentive host. Highly recommend!

Pretty good

House was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. Bathroom was great with huge soaking tub with TV. I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi was not working though. Also the beds were really uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the sofas.

A slice of heaven

You never know what you are going to get AND we got exactly what was advertised and more. Easy to get to and then easy to relax. House is very cute and could have easily fit more than the two of us. The beach was wonderful. The stairs to the beach were a challenge but the option of walking just two more minutes to avoid the stairs was a piece of cake. We had two very small issues that were taken care of right away. Lauren and Jon were just as nice as could be. Very attentive before during and after our stay. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again...maybe two weeks next time? Most thankful and relax, Michelle, Kevin and Gilly

Pleasant stay near the beach

Had a nice two weeks here. An easy walk to the beach, enjoyed Plymouth very much. Hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Only improvement we'd make is that the amenities are a little sparse. A hair dryer was listed as being available but we never found one. More coffee mugs/cups would be a good thing too. A coffee table in the living room would have been good to have too. The place has everything you could likely need and we also made it work for us. We'd certainly stay here again, the beach and area were great and the house was too.

Great place!

We had a great time at the beach! Highly recommended for a family. Cozy and within walking distance to the beach, both through a path with no steps and one with 100 stairs. I preferred the later, and so did my dog, but my wife like the path better. A small improvement, but certainly not one that would impact the rating, is that there could have been more tablets for washing dishes and more toilet paper. I bought both when I went grocery shopping, no big deal, however for a family of 4 having more than 2 of each would have been good. It was a great vacation!

Great location -walk to private beach-needs a little love

overall very happy with our vacation and rental. super clean, easy process and great beach. the property exterior could use a bit of attention - lawn, paint, outdoor shower cleaning (powerwashing) and the only real complaint with the inside was the shower and shower pan are in NEED of repair. Again, overall happy - and perhaps the small things needing attention are reflected in the price (no complaint there), but fixing those few things would go a long way.

Great beach getaway

This was our first time staying at this property and it did not disappoint . Great location close to the beach and many great restaurants. Perfect property with many amenities for our family and we will be back. The welcome basket was an excellent touch !

Lovely cottage near Manomet Beach

We had a great time at this lovely little cottage which is just a short walk from Manomet Beach. The house was clean, spacious (3 bedrooms), and the hosts are lovely. We will definitely be back in the future!

Cute house

The house was charming. The beach was a little bit of a trek and a lot of stairs. We enjoyed being close to Plymouth for site seeing and eating as well as an hour from the cape. The house was clean and hosts were very responsive. The kitchen supplies were bare bones which I guess varies by property. Their were 2 true bedrooms plus bunkbeds in an area separated by a curtain. It was fine for my kids. They enjoyed the bunkbeds. The yard and parking was sufficient. The weather was so hot while we were there we really didn’t use the yard/deck.
