This charming year round home with private fenced in yard and fire pit is the perfect relaxing place for you and your beach pup, a great getaway for couples, a golf weekend, a friends get together, or a small family with a well mannered pet. There are lots of nearby trails for walking, hiking and biking up and down the Rte 3A Coast. The house is only 6 miles to the bridge(s) for Cape Cod for a quick fun day trip to the Cape, Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket! Plymouth's Downtown Waterfront offers dozens of fantastic dining options, historic sites, ghost walks, crafts, jewelry and music festivals, exciting whale watching trips, and a quick Ferry ride to the outermost tip of the Cape, Provincetown for a day of strolling around...

The home offers 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom has two twin beds (one is in loft), there is also an enclosed porch with a full aerobed mattress and pretty decor. The house sleeps 4/5 comfortably and has 1 full bathroom. Also has a full downstairs living area to relax, chill out on the couch and big screen TV or enjoy our beautiful enclosed farmers porch in the front of the house to relax and read and watch TV or just enjoy the ocean breeze thru the multiple windows. There is parking for 2/3 cars Maximum and NO on street parking. A large kitchen and dining area and a tiered back deck with a private backyard for entertaining. Please ask owner about the Maximum number of guests allowed / any additional fees for additional overnight adult guests and pets.

Additional info: There is a $100 pet fee per pet/stay and pet(s) must be approved by owner in advance of arrival date. There is a ring camera located on driveway side of house for security. Please inform us of any “additional guests” an extra charge of $100/night will be applied and the max number for the house is 6 occupants (4 Adults) and approval for more is required in advance of rental date. No smoking or vaping on premises. Check In time is 4pm and Check Out Time is 10am. There is a 100% absolutely no smoking /vaping policy indoor and outdoor on the property.
