Hi Adrienne, I’d like to address some inaccuracies in your review and clarify what actually took place during your stay. The listing clearly states that there is a tenant living in the basement who has designated rights to the side parking spot. Despite this, you blocked access to that spot with two of your vehicles, which prevented the tenant from leaving for work on time. We made multiple attempts to reach you to ask if you could move your vehicles with no response. Unfortunately, you did not respond to any of our efforts. Vrbo also attempted to contact you and was unsuccessful. Due to the urgency of the situation, my cohost went to the property and could hear people inside. Despite knocking, there was still no response. This lack of communication and concern left us no choice but to contact local authorities in hopes that someone inside would open the door and help resolve the issue. Your review does not reflect the reality of the situation. Your failure to communicate and the impact your actions had on others at the property were serious. Leaving an inaccurate and misleading review under these circumstances is not only unfair but also misrepresents what occurred.
