Nestled among the evergreens and ponds in the picturesque Lakes neighborhood of Seven Devils, NC, you will find the perfect retreat for family gatherings or friendly getaways.
At an elevation of 3,626 ft, you will find both cool air and scenic mountain views creating the ideal environment for you to relax, unwind, and recharge. Located centrally in the high country, enjoy the restaurants and attractions of Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk with no more than a 25-minute drive. Private catch & release fishing ponds are a short walk from the cabin, and community playgrounds/ pickleball courts are only a 3-5 minute drive.


Step outside to the oversized deck on the main level and start your day curled up in a rocking chair with a hot cup of coffee or tea and a breathtaking sunrise. Equipped with a gas grill, large dining table, gas fire pit, and lounge area, this is the perfect spot to gather, unwind, or entertain. On the main level, you will find the living room with a gas fireplace and a 70-inch flat screen TV, open to the kitchen and dining area. As well as the primary bedroom and a full bathroom with a jetted tub and step-in shower- a perfect setup for those with limited abilities with stairs.
Venture upstairs to the top level to discover a game room loft with a Natuzzi pullout sofa, charming second bedroom, and a jack & jill bathroom, allowing both privacy and access for guests sleeping in either area. The game room features a Shuffleboard table, Bowling game, Foosball, Pac-Man, and Puzzles/Board games.


Make your way downstairs to the lower level, where you will find 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a coffee/ breakfast bar with a mini fridge that steps out to a private lower deck with a hot tub, lounge, and rocking chairs. The main level and lower level can be closed off from one another, offering two separate quarters for added privacy. Bedrooms are equipped with brand new luxury king mattresses and white noise machines, assuring a restful night’s sleep. Each living area and bedroom contains separate mini-split AC units, allowing each bedroom to have a temperature set specifically to one’s comfort and liking.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs. One extra-large dog crate is provided. Please do not leave dogs alone uncrated. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
4-Wheel Drive Recommended in Winter Months (4-wheel drive or chains may be required by the town of Seven Devils in winter during severe weather)
