The home has a keyless entry that will have a unique code given to ONLY you for check-in. You can use this code to get in and out of the home your entire stay. We also have a backup key just in case. Quiet hours in Cocoa Beach start at 11:00pm. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in the home.

For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Parking is readily available with free parking on the premises, accommodating multiple vehicles in the driveway. While Cocoa Beach is best explored by car or bicycle (complimentary bikes are provided!), ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available for getting around. Major attractions like the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are within a short walk or bike ride, while day trips to Kennedy Space Center or Orlando's theme parks are easily accessible by car.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
