Welcome to FantaSea at Cocoa Beach and forget your worries in this spacious and serene space where you can watch the dolphins and manatees play in the river in the backyard.

Experience waterfront living at its finest in this bright, airy retreat that sleeps 8 and offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Our comfortable property is ideal for a family-friendly vacation destination, a business trip or a relaxing beachside place before or after a cruise. You will love the picturesque views and endless opportunities for outdoor activities. You'll find something for everyone here from swimming, surfing, shopping, sunbathing, and more!

The Space:
Our stunning waterfront home boasts a spacious living area with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to cook delicious meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying them. The large living room and giant, comfy sofa creates room for everyone to relax. The highlight of our home is undoubtedly the outdoor space, with a large saltwater pool and hot tub perfect for entertaining. Our private backyard space is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or catch a rocket launch.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Cocoa Beach close to everything, where you'll find a wide range of activities to enjoy. The nearby beach is world-famous for its surfing and sunbathing, while the local shops and restaurants offer something for everyone. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is just a short drive away, as are other area attractions. Come and experience the best of Florida living in our stunning waterfront home.

Getting Around:
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance with Lyft and Uber available in the area.

Excellent location! Host was quick to respond with any messages. Everything was there for making meals, going to the beach, or just a relaxing day in the back yard! We saw dolphins everyday right out the back door!

Very responsive. The constant requests to heat the pool and hot tub was a little inconvenient. Overall nice place to relax and convenient location to the main drag.

The issue is the pool and the Jacuzzi can’t be heated at the same time and the controls are complicated, so we have to switch it remotely from our phone. We were very quick to respond, within five minutes, and it only takes about 10-15 min. to heat the jacuzzi. But I’m sorry to hear that it was an inconvenience for the guests.

The best vacation property we have ever stayed at.

The house was amazing, everything spotless, so much thoughtfulness went into making this a wonderful stay right down to the smallest details, from nice big fluffy bath and beach towels, a well stocked spotless kitchen, little things like scented hand soap, all the beach equipment you could ever want. The pool, the hot tub perfect. The location just blocks from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Relaxation away from the ball field

This property and its owners are by far the best we have ever stayed. The owners were quick to respond everytime there was a question and the house is the perfect location. My kids beg to stay at this property every year we come for the tournament. I can’t say enough good things about the PROPERTy or the owners as always a great experience we will be back !

We loved this house

The property was immaculate and the pool area and canal were just wonderful. The beach chairs, towels and toys were very much appreciated. The house was well stocked as well. We saw manatees in the canal and one rocket launch our first day at the beach. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home.

Best stay yet

We had a wedding, with plenty of family/friends in and out. This was the absolute best stay! House is incredible and the pool was a hit. We even got a treat to see a night launch that lit up the whole sky! Highly recommend.

Weekend before Disney Cruise

We had nine in our party - three generations - from Canada and Texas for the weekend before our Disney Cruise. Was a great venue to meet up and "warm up" for our excursion. Close to Kennedy Space Center, restaurants and the beach. Pool was a hit for the kids.

Beautiful home

We had travel plans change abruptly and we were lucky to find this house available. We were able to get in the next day. The house was beautiful, pool was heated and jacuzzi was nice. The house had everything we needed and my so. Enjoyed fishing in the canal!

Together Time

This house was amazing. The beautiful pool and view were great. The kids loved swimming and fishing off the back area. We also did some paddle boarding. We went to the beach to boggie board and we loved the Kennedy Space Center. We saw two rockets launch. The house had many extra special touches and I would highly recommend it

Fantastic rental

This was one of my favorite places to stay. Location was great and it simply had everything for us. Excellently stocked kitchen, very modern and clean, and the pool was awesome. The owner relied quickly to every request or question. Paddle boards down the channel was amazing and we saw a manatee and several dolphins. Bikes were great. Everything about this stay made me wish even more that vacations would never end. We will be back for sure

Exceeded all our expectations!

The property was spectacular and over delivered in every aspect. Fabulous pool, and regular visits from manatees was a real bonus. The generosity of the host was outstanding with many consumables provided in abundance including coffee, tea, snacks and bottles of water. The support, helpfulness and speed of response by the host was excellent. We had a fantastic stay and I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Best place to stay in Cocoa Beach

Our family [2 adults 4 kids] had a great time! We received the code to the front door prior to our arrival. The house was immaculate and immediately had everything we needed (ie soap, detergent, towels, toys, fishing rods, games and SO much more) to get our vacation started! The beds everyone voted were 10/10 (which is saying a lot coming from my husband who always complains about his back when saying elsewhere). My kids fished from sun up to sun down off the back, catching everything from catfish to spotted trout and even an oyster toadfish. They enjoyed the evening visits from “Fred” the manatee. They enjoyed endless hours in the pool and jacuzzi. The location couldn’t be more perfect - we were 30 minutes from NASA, 15 min from our deep sea fishing trip, less than 10 minute walk to coffee, grocery, pharmacy, ice cream (highly recommend Gelati di Roma Ice Cream), restaurants and shopping (the largest Ron Jon ever!). We also could walk to Cocoa Beach and the pier. Needless to say we had the best 5 days and hope to be back one day!

Best all around vacation rental experience! Place is just beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need and in a great location. Do not hesitate to book. I felt like it seemed quite expensive when booking, but once I arrived I realized why, it’s top notch! Totally worth the money. The host was wonderful and communication was great! I can’t say enough good things. We were able to see dolphins and manatees daily right off the shore of this place. Caught some fish. Walked, biked, and used electric scooters for majority of stay since we were in such a great location. Used paddle boards up and down canal while dolphin swam next to me! Visited Kennedy Space Center, about 30 min away, and then was able to see launch of Artemis II from Cocoa Beach! Just amazing experience! Three launches occurred in the week we stayed. Which you can view from the property also. I would love to stay here again.. so much fun!
