The Space:

The heart of the home is a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you could need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a multi-course dinner. You'll find quality pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster oven, ample dishes and glassware, food storage solutions, and complimentary coffee and creamer to start your mornings right.



After a delightful day of wine tasting and exploring, return to your private backyard featuring many outdoor amenities. This fully enclosed oasis invites you to unwind completely. Picture evenings spent gathered around the warm glow of the fire pit, sharing stories and laughter under the stars. Or perhaps spark some friendly competition with a game of pool or cornhole. Don't forget about the arcade game in the living room! For the grill masters, a propane BBQ stands ready for you to sizzle up a delicious al fresco meal.



When it's time to retire, restful slumber awaits. The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a luxurious queen-size Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed for personalized comfort, complemented by an ensuite bathroom complete with both a shower and a relaxing tub. The second bedroom offers an equally indulgent experience with its spacious California King bed. For additional sleeping needs, an air mattress can be provided upon request. Both bedrooms are designed for optimal rest, featuring ceiling fans and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Smart TVs with streaming capabilities are available for your entertainment (just log in with your own accounts). A second convenient guest bathroom with a shower is easily accessible, serving both bedrooms and common areas.

The Neighborhood:

The property is located on the east side of Paso Robles near Sculpterra Winery. I lived here for multiple years and absolutely loved it. Please note that this is a mixed income neighborhood. There are some properties being remodeled mixed with some older homes. The neighborhood is very safe. Please note there are dogs in the neighborhood who do bark occasionally.



Getting Around:

Getting around by car is easiest. Ride share is also available.



Other Things to Note:

AMENITIES: We provide towels, toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING: There is parking available on the street.



THE DRIVE: The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101.



INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs. OUTDOOR SPACE: The backyard is completely enclosed for our furry friends. Enjoy the lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ, and pool table!



BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has a queen. Air mattress is available by request. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests.



KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil. The kitchen does not have a built-in gas oven, but an electric countertop oven is available for your use.



LAUNDRY: You are welcome to use the machines in the home.



PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 fee per pet, per stay. Please keep them off the furniture and pick up after them.



SECURITY: A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the home you will be staying in.



NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is safe and quiet, though some homes nearby may show their age—rest assured, your comfort and security are top priority.



LONGER STAYS WELCOME: Looking for a stay 30+ days? We welcome traveling professionals and extended visits. Feel free to reach out for special rates!



RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement must be signed upon booking for all stays longer than 30 days.



**If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
